The best Chili's I've experienced yet. Not just in Hawaii but the mainland also. Great Staff very clean restaurant inside and out. Talk about fast service and I was there during lunch hours. Secret Sauce Burger was amazing, only one drawback, so many choices it's hard to decide which one to order. Plenty of parking, wheelchair parking and access. Recommend to everyone by yourself or with your Ohana.Parking: Always parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Well built wheelchair ramp entrance with a very easy grade handrails on both sides.

Ate here with hubby and 2 grandkids Friday 3/22/2024. Was seated in the bar area which I don't really care for due to noise. But seems they were busy and trying to divide customers in certain areas. Haven't dined inside in years but was super impressed with seeing the day manager?..(Young man with dark hair) walking around, checking on customers, talking/joking with them and helping staff bring out food. He helped bring our food out. Hope corporate recognizes this manager for his work. Our waitress was also the bartender and she was awesome but she got busy with drink customers. Food was fresh and hot. Grandkids were happy too.

The Millilani location fajitas weren’t grilled or hot and Kapolei’s were much better. The servers were very nice.

Good food. Friendly service. Can sometimes take awhile to get your food if it's crowded, but it never comes out cold. So, you know it's truly because the kitchen is busy and not because the servers are slow and your food is sitting and waiting to be served to you.

This is seriously the worst Chilis I’ve been to. Every time I go, we get stuck with the same dude as a server and he is a space case. We never have the little pay screen on our table and i bet it’s to avoid the survey. My drink is always late from the bar because he forgets. By the time I get it, it is watered down. The last time we went there were like 4 fries on my kids plate and he said he would bring more. Of course he didn’t. We keep trying to give this place a shot every few months but sheesh. Its terrible. Will not be going here again. We have has this server at least 2x. I want to say his name is Chris or something similar but I’m unsure. I wanted to get out of there so badly, that I didn’t even ask him to apply my coupon. Oof.

Service isn't what it used to be. The servers don't seem happy and the prices continue to go up. Lower service and higher prices are not the best combination!
