The food was terrible. Pork sliders were so dry I couldn't finish them. American sliders were way over cooked. Buns burnt on both orders. Extremely greasy. Very disappointed. Only thing saving this place is the bar it's in.

This a hidden gem! What a great experience! Hannah took our order and delivered an amazing meal with a beautiful atmosphere located in a cider bar. If you visit order the chicken and waffles:). All the food was absolutely perfect and delicious!

My sister was talking about this place she had heard about in mililani so we decided to give it a try. At first, i didn't see a "food truck" like everyone was saying it was. So we parked next to Ross and 24 hour fitness and walked towards Starbucks. Noticed the food truck was in a bar area. How cool is that? You walk through a bar and the food truck is in the back. They have a bunch of things on the menu. We decided to get the sliders, kalua pizza and shrimp scampi pizza. Everything was yummy! The shrimp scampi pizza was a little spicy, but it reminded me of the shrimp scampi pizza from bravos. A little suggestion.. maybe cut the shrimp into tiny pieces and spread it out on the pizza. The staff were friendly and gave us suggestions on what their most popular dish was. We definitely will be back when we're in the mililani area.

Food is really good, but nothing crazy. Service/food takes a long time, considering the simplicity; if dinning in Paradise Cider suggest ordering at the truck and not using their QR code online ordering option.

#4 of 52 (trying a new restaurant at least once a week) Needed to stay close to home and since we had to go to Ross anyway we decided to check out HI Sliders. This food truck is located in the back of Paradise Ciders. We settled on 2 birria tacos ($4.95 each), 2 shrimp tacos ($5.95 each) and the Texas fries ($13.99). Food took about 15 minutes so not too bad. Immediately noticed how small the tacos were. :( Birria tacos - literally just meat which I'm not that mad about but aren't they supposed to come with onions and cheese? Consomme was good but without it the meat was kind fo dry. Nice crispy shell though. Shrimp tacos - flavorful shrimp and liked the slaw and sauce. Texas Fries - Fries, shredder cheese, bacon and jalapeños. Basic and nothing special. Overall the food is just average. While the shrimp tacos were good, my guy's shrimp tacos he makes at home are just as good. For us the portions don't justify the price. Very small tacos for $5 and $6 and nothing special about the fries. We decided we won't return. The food is not bad but there is much better food to spend our money on.

Love the Texas sticky fries. Basically a loaded potato in fry form. Nice pairing with the Paradise Cider. Will have to try their burgers next time.

Tucked inside Paradise Ciders in Mililani shopping center, it's a little hidden gem! The food is so yummy and pairs well with any of the ciders from the bar Bacon jam burger can't go wrong! Order and pay on the QR code, and pick up at the window when you get a text - couldn't be easier

12/23/23 @ 1700 Located in Mililani next to 24hr Fitness and Starbucks and Blazin Steaks. The place is very warm and inviting at night with the lights. The restaurant wasn't too busy and was seated immediately. You can order through the QR code/online or go to the back and order from the truck. We tried the Bacon Jam sliders and the Flatbread Pepperoni Pizza with extra pepperoni. The sliders came with fries. The sliders were tasty. The pizza was ok. Wasn't impressed with the amount of "extra pepperoni." Well, I know next time to get the burgers. Colin was the beverage guy, and he checked up on us frequently. Overall a good experience.

With keeping my emotions to the side, and how bad our experiences were here, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I have been here twice and both experiences were worst than before. The first time I ordered some appetizers. The second time my wife ordered the kalua pork sliders, and had food poisoning for two days and had to go to the hospital. We called the restaurant to kindly let them know what happened, and we were met with complete indifference to what had happened to her. So, the food nor staff, is worth your time. I love to support local businesses, but with so many good food choices around the island, there's no excuse to have bad food/drinks, and then charge an arm and a leg. The only good thing about this spot, is the open air environment and live entertainment. I will not be coming back.

We have been here several times, both while at Paradise Ciders and as takeout. The takeout is fantastic - they speaks clearly, get your order right, and have been incredibly fast every time. The bacon jam sliders are delicious. The kalua pork tacos are good (it's not Mexican food, but it's tasty - the pork is juicy, the coleslaw has a good balance and the taco flour tortilla is solid). The fries are meant to be eaten with a beer or alcoholic beverage (but salty). I would avoid the flatbreads. It's also a shame that we have to go through the cider place rather than being able to pick up in the back of the truck. I might have given it four stars given the price, but the people and service pushed it over for me.

This food is a must! Share space inside Paradise Ciders. Bacon Jam sliders and Chicken and Waffle sliders are beyond delicious. Wife and I got them to split and neither can decide which is better. The waffles are fluffy and the chicken is a perfect size. The burgers are perfectly cooked with a delicious aioli to go with the bacon jam. You can’t go wrong with either!Parking: Parking wasn’t bad. In a shopping center.

Birria tacos and pulled pork taco was good. They were nice to give extra cilantro for free.
