So disappointed. The beef stew was awful. No taste and the meat was hard as rock. So sad when you're craving something and it's not what you expected. Franchise should have some expectations on the quality of the food being made.

I prefer the L&L in old Mililani by Safeway but this one will have to do. I get 2 things loco moco or garlic shrimp. It's not bad but it's not amazing either. The rice is either cold or hard. The shrimp is a hit or miss if they took the time to devein the shrimp thoroughly and hit temperature. It's mostly over cooked 9/10 every time I ordered it. Loco moco is a hit or miss as well everything is cooked to temperature but the gravy part is either too much or too little. And my son likes their chicken katsu so I'm glad one of us is happy with the order. But everytime I go the service has been good so that's what keeps me going back.

My son and my mister seem to like this place more than I do. It's close to home and service is super fast. Portions are huge. They tend to order the katsu curry quite a bit. Decent amount of parking. Just wait if there are no empty stalls, it won't take long.

Ordered cake noodle on New years Eve waited 20 minutes. 5 pieces of cake noodle the rest was all vegetables if I want veggies I would have had the stir fry. Going back and get my money back and never ever going back there sad.

Since when did Mililani Mauka charge 3% for credit/debit card payment? Must've been recent. Mililani Marketplace (lower Mililani) and other locations do not charge this. I guess I'll be going to other L&L restaurants from now on. And other places are slightly cheaper and better tasting

The food was so delicious! We got the breaded pork chops since they no longer made the grilled garlic pork chops. It still was pretty good. We also got orange chicken, steak hamburger, pork and cabbage, and again, it was all very delicious.
