Staff Incredibly rude to my family of 7. We treated the staff well. We're respectful and highly considerate throughout our meal. Every time we asked for something our server progressively became more aggressive and started to say rude things when asked for Chopsticks, more Rice etc. Asked for take out boxes and our server throws it on our table and says more rude things. They sneak in more tip to force on you after already tipping on the first receipt. How do I know she's saying rude things?There's a language barrier; but not when I understand Cantonese and hear the slander of how we're "Rude. Ungrateful. And Impatient". I'm Chinese and was raised as one. Wish we could've talked it through before I left this review. Im sorry, but I'll be telling my other family and friends not to come here. 1/5 Stars, for the lack of service.But you guys really know how to make Authentic Chinese food that was just as good as my Mom's.再見!!!

Went during lunch. 2-21-24. Did not order the lunch special being the protein choices were very limited, so I decided to go with the General chicken( which seemed to be microwaved) the meat was really hot and it stuck together as if meat would when microwaved. Had entirely too much sauce/juice. Asked if the fried rice comes with eggs she said yes. Lol didn't see a piece of an egg, the rice looked burnt and tasted that way as well. Asked to have chicken fried rice which it did, but the overall rice tasted very very greasy. For $17.85 I will never ever again visit that establishment.

If I could give it a zero stars, I would. Staff was rude especially this one aunty with one boy haircut and marroon apron. We ordered roast chicken and they brought us out duck. She said we ordered duck but we told her we couldn’t understand her when ordering and she got mad. When they brought out another order that was wrong that same irritating lady started acting all delirious and making a scene in front of everyone. I started doing the Mike Tyson shuffle but she didn’t want none so I sat back down and spared her. The food that we did get was even more terrible than her haircut. Super bland and no seasoning. Spare yourself this place, TRUST.

I've gotten food poisoning from here and I still come back. I blame the convenient location. I almost always order the house special fried rice. Lately I've just been calling in my pickup order and then I walk it home since it's so close by.

I've been coming here since I was a child. My family & I would dine in & at the end of the meal they would give hard fruity candies with a gel filled center. One of my favorite memories as a child. We don't dine in anymore more & sometimes the food lacks flavor but not this time. Ordered a lunch and dinner plate. Love these!!! It has a combo of everything!!!

I've only been here a few times and being the only Chinese restaurant in Mililani, their food is pretty decent. I started coming here during the pandemic, so I've never experienced their dine in. You can call in your order so you don't have to wait long, but I've always walked in to place my order and the longest I've waited was about 20 mins during dinner rush (which is understandable). I want to talk about their monday special - house special chow mein. This is my recent take out order with them and I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly thought it was going to be chow mein with chicken and veggies but there was a lot of surprises in there! The moment I opened the container, there was 2 pieces of chasiu on top and also had shrimp, calamari, chicken, baby corn, bamboo shoots, choy sum, carrots, and broccoli. It was really loaded with a bunch of good stuff. So yummy! :)

This restaurant doesn't have a menu online, so it's hard to know what to order. I placed a phone order to be picked up on Christmas Day. I tried to cancel it, but talked with a worker who couldn't understand English very well. It took 4 minutes to cancel the original order. After 8 minutes, she couldn't take the new order because she didn't understand what we wanted. Their House Special cake noodle spoiled last year and we didn't know about this. I cancelled the original order and tried to order something else. After a total of 12 minutes, she told me to come in and order and hung up the phone. Simple solution, post a complete menu online. I guess not so simple after all.

I got black bean shrimp and Ma Po tofu (grandma's tofu) and didn't think either one was that good. Also, I got a headache afterwards which makes me believe they're using some kind of unnatural additive like msg.

I called for a take out order .. I had to repeat myself more than I want to say, it was only 4 items .. When she finally got my order correct and started to take my card information, she answered a call to take some else order .. this person did this twice while I was on the phone with her .. i told this person it's rude and unprofessional for her to do this especially while taking my card information .. I told her to cancel my order and I will go somewhere else .. I will never do a take out order at this restaurant again ..

Felt rushed to order. Ordered the Sesame chicken and it was not good. whatever metal bin they store the chicken in was not clean, chicken had a metallic aftertaste, could not finish after one bite.

Hair in food. I found a black hair in my food and their horrible Chinese customer service the lady lied and told me she showed me my food before I left. She didn't want to give me a refund. This scarred me and is so gross but I love cake noodle so much. I have been coming here for years but still can't get that black hair out of my head. Never again. Also note to restaurant, you have HAD many loyal customers that shouldn't be disrespected when good quality is compromised by unsanitary circumstances. Really the least she could have done is apologize, issue a refund and have the 1 worker back there wear a hair net.
