This mcdonalds is alright,it's in walmart so you have to get out your car and order.the place could be cleaner,the service is good and they are friendly.wait times are some times really long.

They stop making food before they close. Still had 15 minutes left that they were suppose to be open. Everything was shut down, only allowed to buy drinks. Will be reporting to McDonald's.

If you want a more authentic experience this is the place. I hate tex-mex and want the good stuff and here it is! The servers are all as sweet as can be and the pricing is good too. Great for families or date night.

App wasn't working no matter what I did. Manager came out I told her the code I was trying to get, she looked at the deal ON a HER phone but would not honor it. So I took my money to Jack in the Box. Well played ma'am, strong work.

Not bad. Wish they opened the whole seating area. Took a while for us to get an order thru tho. It would've been faster at the kiosk BUT... I always have a hard time using that thing. PLUS TOO... I don't do cards. I pay for everything in cash unless it's online and then I use the hubby's card. Heh heh Anywho, I'm just glad the McDonald's was still here. As for the employees, they did a pretty good job at working especially since they only had 1-2 people out front. And the others in the back cooking. And there was a bunch of us who came in at the last moment too. They weren't busy, but they did have 6 orders all at once... so yeah. That was unexpected. The place was clean for the most part. And they still have their own bathrooms too. So that's a bonus! Maybe we caught them on a slow day but overall, it was ok.

Lunch time is always busy here. Kiosk or mobile ordering is quicker if there is a line. They sanitize the tables often in-between. It was a little noisy being busy but order was made in a timely manner. Cashier was respectful and helpful assiring us in correcting our deal meal. Food was fresh made and hot when we received it so we were happy

Mililani Mauka location is a well run McDonald's store. Alfred has been training for Asst. Manager and does a wonderful job treating guest with respect and is also very friendly. Inside service is pretty fast, along with double lane drive-thru and 3 curbside pickup parking spots
My meal was fresh, and the service was good, however I think as shown on the pictures, cleaning off the tables and the floor is not a high priority on the list of things to do at this location.
