Their all meat and Papa's favorite are my go to. The crust to toppings ratio is good. The red sauce is really tasty and not sweet like other places. I no longer buy other chain pizza for a hour preheat, cook, and cool time is worth it.

good pizza terrible web site. So bad it is not usable. No phone number so couldn't place an order by phone. Went to the competition. Fix your web site and I'll come back, likely with many others.

Used to be my go to pizza. The last couple of visits the customer service has gone down. My most recent visit I was given a subpar product. The presentation looks like something my middle school children would make, not something I would expect from an established pizza chain. Very disappointed

1/18-2022 We tried Papa Murphy's for the very first time ten days ago as part of the menu for a surprise birthday luncheon at home. When I phoned in the order I told the female employee it was my first time ordering. She was super friendly, patient and gave great suggestions. We ended up with a large pepperoni pizza cuz the grandkiddies love that, no veggies or anything else. There was a salad special so based on what I asked we got a Mediterranean Salad and a Clubhouse salad. Both were generous sizes. Hubs whacked the leftover Clubhouse one for dinner that night. When I first heard about Papa Murphy's when they first opened I thought, ummm no, I don't want to bake it myself at home. You know what? It takes only about 12-15 minutes, comes out fresh, hot and tasty. No kidding, I'd opt for getting this again. One guest who has pizza every Friday said, that's good pizza as she went back for more. There's about 4 different pizza places in Mililani and I'm glad there is this option too! The funniest thing was that there was only one slice left and the two kiddies raced into the kitchen for it. Each had to compromise for half a slice each. It was that good!

We enjoy visiting Papa Murphy's Pizza located in the Mililani Shopping Center near Foodland for their signature Murphy's Combo pizza. The Combo includes our favorite pepperoni, sausage, salami, bell pepper, mushroom, onion, and black olives in a savory red tomato sauce on a thin, crispy crust. They have a great Tuesday Special for $12.99 for any large pizza and we make it our weekly lunch treat. Next time you are hungry for a freshly made pizza to go home and bake...don't forget to stop by Papa Murphy's Pizza. It's a friendly, low keyed place with quick service and ample parking. You'll be so glad you did!

More expensive than any other pizza place, got both orders wrong, thumbs down.

Pizzas are cheaper than the mainstream brands but just as good. Just remember, YOU HAVE TO COOK IT. First time there I ordered a pizza to take to the beach and was sadly disappointed when it was given to me raw. BUT, took it home and it was awesome! I now go every Tuesday. Haha

Went here for the first time and wife really wanted a specific pizza that this chain makes. We ordered two large pizzas, a kids pizza, and a Cesar salad. I would highly advise against ordering salad from here. It seems we got some last day lettuce (Romain), and who wants a Cesar salad without croutons, and a sprinkle of Parmesan?! Not this guy. Had to throw out some of the brown leafs, got three bites into it and just threw the salad out. Pizza was good though so that’s a silver lining, since this is a pizza place and all. Not sure we’ll make the time to return.

Papa Murphy's is great. Everything is priced well. Ingredients are fresh. The chicken bacon artichoke is awesome. We go a special half pepperoni half ham and pineapple that was really good. Salad was great as well. We ordered desert but they ran out and gave us cookie dough for free! Great customer service. Uber eats delivers.

Why I buy any other pizza is beyond me! The pizza is fresh and tastes superb. I'd wait to buy on Tuesdays since they have a $12.99 special.

overall love Papa Murphy's I have been a long time customer (on and off island) and I have to say tonight wow, not sure I'll be back. In a time where customer service should be at the forefront it's not here at least not with all the employees. While the young woman checking me out was pleasant and took my order without incident. I ordered two crustless pizza's (one chicken, bacon, and artichoke and the other a cowboy substituting the sausage for tomatoes) along with one 2 liter of soda, and two cheese breads, no issues. I paid my 40 something dollar bill and stepped outside so the next customer could come in and place their order. While outside I noticed a young man walking from the back with no mask on only to put it on at the door to come and tell me they have no bread what other two sides would I like instead. None thank you I ordered the bread for my son if they have none no problem let's just do a refund no worries. Oh Caleb (I'm told is the guys name) immediately got super irritated and said hold on then pulled his mask down and went into the back. So I wait when Caleb pops back into the main food prep area (with his mask firmly around his chin) I asked if he would like the card I paid with to do the refund. He said no she just said she'll give you the bread for tomorrow's order. I don't know who she is but ok I'll wait for my bread. After that Caleb turned and with what I could only interpret as frustration with my lack of wanting items I didn't order stomped to the back room to make my bread. When he came out yet again with no mask on tossed my bread on the counter and waiting for the pleasant young woman to finish topping it. Since Caleb didn't communicate with her what was happening my bread sat there waiting while she took down my information for me to come pick up my bread tomorrow. I explained to her what I was told and by that time Caleb had come back to finish my bread with NO MASK. So since he was hovering over my food I asked him to please put his mask on, he then rolled his eyes, glared at me to let me know just how agitated he was with me and snapped his mask on. I two have news for young Caleb. One you are in the wrong line of work dealing with customers with you seeming to have anger issues, two none of us want to wear masks but its required and being in the food industry I'm sure your higher ups are well aware of that. So if you wander into Papa Murphy's looking to grab a quick cook at home pizza and you see a tall young man with curly hair you may want to think about going elsewhere. Little concerned what he did to my food so I'll be tossing the bread. Thanks for nothing!
