So Ruby Tuesdays in Mililani's last day is today (12/31/23). They're closing!! In the past few years we have become semi-regulars there for takeout. We go maybe every few a months or something like that. (I earned a lot of points via their app so we went a couple times this month to use them up.) Throughout this time I usually was helped by Hector. He is a wonderful server and always made sure I had wonderful service even though I was just taking the food to go. He would always remember me even if we didn't order from there for many months. He's been at this location for 17 years (straight out of high school he said). Next year he'll be at the Moanalua location. So if you ever go there ask for Hector, you won't regret it. Anyways, bye Mililani Ruby Tuesdays and thank you Hector for your great service!!

I've long been a fan of Ruby Tuesdays, although their prices soared big time (like everywhere else, sigh). Had lunch there and the salad bar is still a favorite of mine. It's always stocked with fresh veggies and it's clean. When something is not looking ok, the staff can easily be called over and they'll take care of it so they're great.I am very sad that they'll be CLOSING, though. Yes, you read right - they're closing permanently. There goes the last decent salad bar and really nice people! Thank you so much, Ruby Tuesday Mililani, for great service & food over the many years!!!

Haven't been to Ruby Tuesday since before the one at Ala Moana closed. We just finished walking through the Mililani HS craft fair so we were hungry. The place wasn't busy (11:45am) and the furniture was dated. If I had been alone, I would have turned around and gone elsewhere. It just felt depressing. It's just how the atmosphere felt. They did have a great selection of food on their menu. Our server, Winston, was friendly and provided us with suggestions when we asked what the favorite items were, so two of us had the Chicken Avocado Sandwich (delicious & forgot to take a photo) and another friend had the Turkey Burger (my friend couldn't finish it because it was too salty). We all had to use the washroom, but unfortunately, the women's was closed due to plumbing issues. There was a sign posted to signal a server to check the men's room before we could enter. The same server stood outside to make sure a male didn't need to use it & get surprised seeing a female coming out of the stall.

The place seemed dated but I came for the good food, anyway, and our waitress, Caroline, was very friendly and attended to us throughout the meal. Can't beat good food and excellent service.

We had pretty good food & thought our server was excellent! The atmosphere seemed nice & quiet when we came in, but it was pretty busy when we left.There were a couple things that made my rating lower. First, the host working at the front had an interesting personality. I kindly asked how are you, while we waited for our table. She replied she's having a crummy day & it's not going well. That it was busy & military people were coming in all day. She also commented her job was stressful & hard. I later saw her in the bathroom & she continued to comment about her day. And that she was changing her clothes, so they don't ask her to stay any longer (being that she was there from 7:45am). I replied, that I had a long day as well! And waited for her reaction, which immediately became silence. Honestly, not sure how it was taken?Also, only mens bathroom working there! So if you're a lady & need to go, you'll have to wait till it's available (with no Men inside).I hope they fix it soon!The salad bar was clean & was great.

I was so excited to find a RUBY Tuesday’s as they have all closed where I live. I first want to say we had excellent service-hence the 4th star. Brandon was attentive and so helpful. If I lived here I would have definitely tried to recruit him. About the food let me prefecit why I am giving 3 stars for food. I went in with high expectations for the salad bar. I was disappointed in the offerings it had. It was nothing like the Ruby Tuesday’s where I live had. This Ruby Tuesday’s offered just the basics to build a tossed salad with either spring greens, iceberg lettuce or spinach (all very fresh) and toppings. There was one mixed salad broccoli chop salad.Hubby had A Cheese burger and he said YUMMM.On 10/14/23 Salad bar was $19.95.Vegetarian options: They offer a salad bar and have freshly cooked veggies on the sides. Steamed Green beans and broccoli, made to to ask for the tho be crisp if you like it that way.Parking: Big parking lot. Easy, just drove up and parked.

Food was good. Service was decent. The waiter was nice but didn't come to check if we needed refills. Restaurant wasn't busy so there was no wait. My only gripe is that the inside of the restaurant was kinda dated.
Menu is much reduced. Dinner menu prices seem ludicrous to me for what they offer. All fish is frozen including ahi and fried so don't bother. For those of us who want smaller portions the lunch menu is off from about 3;30. One really great appetizer were the pretzels. Thick, soft, with a side of melted fake cheese they are delicious. However waitress was great and was able to apply our substitutions to our turkey avocado burger. Steak is better at Outback, you can get bacon burgers at Teddy's for a couple of bucks less just as good.

Decided to come here for lunch today and the service was very friendly and efficient. I shared a bacon cheeseburger with my wife and our waiter offered to cut the burger in half . Most places you need to cut it yourself. We also ordered their loaded Tots and mozzarella stick .The loaded tots was very crispy and good tasting. The mozzarella stick was also very good as well it wasn't t salty it was crispy and it came with Marinara sauce Support local

Friendly. I ordered the Pastrami Sandwich with extra crispy Fries; husband ordered the Fish and Chips with extra crispy Fries. Everything came out hot and the Fries were crispy . Sooo much Pastrami in the sandwich and very tasty

Went there for a presentation meeting. I ordered the Chicken and Broccoli Pasta. It was no big deal because it's something you can cook at home. The waitress was friendly, and the wait time for the food was fast. Overall experience was okay.

Had lunch with my mom and coworker. Mom was not happy with her roast beef with mashed potatoes. The roast beef was a little hard to chew. I ordered sweet potato fries with my ribeye steak. The fries did not come out until the end of my meal service. Most unfortunate because it was a really tasty meal. This will not deter me from eating at Ruby Tuesday again.
