Great service. Only thing that I noticed is when they make my cold brew they add water to the coffee. I really don't get why they add water to my coffee. I paid for coffee. Not coffee mixed with water.

One Christmas I bought three gift cards from this Starbucks. I parked at Longs and checked the receipt against the cards I purchased. Two did not match. I went back through Drivethough and the gal who helped me looked nervous. I asked for thr manager, showed him the receipt...he asked me to wait in the parking area...brought me new cards with matching receipt...never apologized. My daughter who is a teacher receives Starbuck cards from her students at Christmas...half of them are invalid. There are thieves working at Starbucks.

It says you are supposed to be able to show that you used the app to purchase the grande drink to get the free hot chocolate. The cashier sent me to the barista because he said he didn't know how to add it to my app order. The barista said sorry you can't get it with mobile orders. Wth! They just didn't want to figure out how to do it. And there was some eye rolling.

Don't go in the store even if it's empty! They do not value walk ins. I arrived there with my daughter at 5:55 am and there were several cars in the drive thru but the store was empty. Since she was only getting a gift card and a lemon loaf, we thought it might be quick to just run in. What a big mistake! I sat in the parking lot and watched car after car go through the drive thru and people walk in and out with their mobile orders while my daughter stood inside waiting for them to just put a lemon loaf in a paper sleeve. It was finally ready when she went up to go to ask for her money back because we needed to leave. No drink, no sandwich that needed to be warmed up, just a lemon loaf. Don't be fooled if the store is empty even if the drive thru line is back to McDonald's, do NOT walk in. They will not give you equal service.

This location was not busy but they gave us some awful coffee. We are very familiar with Starbucks in the area, but it has never been this bad. We got a free coffee. It was terrible. I guess we shouldn't take advantage of the "free coffee"..... if we want quality. Smh
Today i wanted to write this review to shoutout the incredibly sweet & friendly worker at the drive-thru around 1:45pm. Idk what your name is but really the amount of positive energy you emit made my day & the second i drove away I said aloud "that was the nicest starbucks worker I've ever come across" REALLY. So if you are reading this (and i hope u do) I hope you know you made my day & that you're a lovely human. That's all! Also thank u for my matcha latte

Customer service at this Starbucks sucks!!! Mililani Mauka location. I walked in and ordered drinks and a sandwich. Got my drinks and waited for my sandwich. Apparently the girl Jennifer put my sandwich by the drive thru so it sits there for awhile then they put it in the mobile pick up and stays there then they put it out on the table by pick up. At no time do they call me that my sandwich is ready. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting til finally my Frappuccino is melting I go up to ask them about my sandwich. No frickin apology just an excuse that it was bounced around then after I leave pissed off she "Yells" and I mean yells out loud "sorry". What customer service. Awful. Hard to find good workers now days. I guess you gotta take what you can get. I remember only Jennifer's name cause she took my order and her customer service skills sucked too. No personality what's so ever. I hardly go to Starbucks and when I do I get shitty customer service.

II usually stop by this location on my way to work in Wahiawā. One morning I placed a mobile order and I guess the store didn't receive it by the time I arrived. I was scolded by a women with blonde hair and she told me "next time just order your drink and food at the store for quicker service" I was like, Oohh my bad. Your line was slow moving anyway so what's the problem? Manager - maybe advise your team members of customer service.

I love Starbucks when I'm in a pinch (also honestly recommend McDonalds vanilla iced coffee - that stuff is the bomb). More specifically, this Mililani location has always provided kind, happy and professional customer service whenever I do stop by. I decided to forego the drive through line and regretted it because it was taking so long for my bacon and gouda (15m+ in the AM). But Kamryn came to double check on my order, apologized and personally gave me my food. I could use my home coffee maker but it's always nice to get good service and get out of the house once in awhile. Mililani Starbucks is a solid respite from working from home! It's also usually pretty quiet but hard to find seating to study or work most times. I'll always be back here for my grande pumpkin spiced latte.
