I ordered 3 sandwiches. Let them know of an allergy on 1 of the 3 sandwiches. They had an issue with that. The guy "in training" kept interrupting me & with 2 servers they were both talking to me about different sandwiches, I asked them to speak one at a time. They did NOT. They needed up burning a sandwich & not putting the right items in the sandwiches. The wraps were sooo poorly done when we open the wrap it was basically a open salad on paper. I asked for dressing on the side & they did not out it in. Absolutely horrible!!! Do not eat here.

Second time going to this location and it will be the last time. First time I ordered through the app I went to the location and the line was put the door. So I asked a few people if the ordered they said no do I went inside. I noticed a sign above the register that said online and phone orders so I went directly there. After about 5 minutes a worker asked if I had a online order I said yes. I told them my name and then the looked through a stack of receipts and pulled mine. Then proceeded to make mine. I know they was busy but I felt really bad about the people In line. I noticed a few people leave as well. One lady in line asked when they going start taking their order, the worker said we doing online first. Next visit they had my order wrong. One sandwich wasn't toasted and on the app there was a special for free chips with any footlong purchase. So I clicked the special and chose my chips. My son went to pick up the order, so he wasn't aware of all that was in it. No chips was in the bag. And worst of all is I paid for it, the special didn't appear. So I had the opportunity to do a survey and I expressed my issues. To their credit a manager I guess from the store called me. Apologized and asked me to return. I said that's ok. She also said that she wanted to look into this further and would call me the next day. She never called me back.

The soda taste a bit murky like the machine hasn't been cleaned for a while. The person working the register and handing out cups wasn't wearing gloves while sticking his hand into the cups.

This is the second time they have messed up on my order. The first time they put the wrong sandwich in my bag and I went back to ask them to make a new one. This round of occasion I placed an online order and it was wrong. However, I understand that people make mistakes and wrong orders can be made, but examples like so are redeemable. I tried calling numerous times in a time span of 45 minutes STRAIGHT until finally someone picked up. This is unacceptable as customer service should be top priority.

The workers here are horrible. I don't know why this subway is rated somewhat well. There's 3 workers here. 2 are mono tone and don't even greet anyone and one is very pleasant and says hi and seems happy to be here. The other 2 are probably killing his vibe. The one African American worker was raising his voice at a customer "what kinda sandwich" OVER AND OVER. If a customer doesn't get it maybe reword it? Cause the guy was answering with "foot long" i felt terrible for him. Like geez we giving you business not to be treated horribly!! Don't take your anger out on the poor customer just cause you hate working at subway

The Mililani Stores do not participate in "app only" BOGO foot long sub deal. The app also doesn't tell you that the location doesn't participate; instead when you press the order button & expect to see the discounted price, it doesn't happen. Seems like a bait & switch deal. To this store's credit, they cancelled my order by phone & will automatically credit me. But I had to call their number several times before they answered. I had initially called first before pressing the order button. What's a phone for, if you don't answer it?

If you plan to dine in, be sure to go at least 2 hours before closing. Tonight they close at 9:00pm, but they put all the chairs up on each table by 7:00pm. No one could possibly feel welcomed to dine in.a

Poor service. The employee did not know how to communicate that they were out of white bread and could not make a kids meal. Also there is very little meat in the Italian sandwich.

First time at this location. I got a chopped blt salad with spinach, pickles, olives, yellow peppers, green bell peppers, and provolone cheese and a bowl of clam chowder. The restaurant was clean and there was a few people sitting in. The staff, there was 3 staff, they were friendly and took my order right away. I would definitely return to this location and recommend all to check it out for yourselves.

Went in to place an order for 6 sandwiches. 6 sandwiches for 6 people. Have never had a problem with this in the past. This time, employee with attitude told me that I have to call first because it was a large order and they had to make sure they had enough bread. Ok... they seemed a bit busy so I ran a couple of errands before I called. They pick up (without saying anything) and then hang up the phone. Try to call again. No answer. I would like to believe that this is a problem with their phone system, but if you are going to require a customer to call in an order... you might want to make sure your phone system works. This Subway was fantastic when they first opened but I noticed their service has gone down the toilet. Maybe it is the new employees they have hired. I know that customer service jobs often suck but you could turn down the attitude while you're at work or maybe just call in if you're having a bad day. Thank goodness there are two other Subways nearby (by 24 hour fitness and by Safeway). Much nicer employees and overall experience.

Omg not your typical subway. The bread looks like a baguette. The bread is narrow. What happened? Rip off. Not worth your money for such a skimpy sandwich. Better go to Jersey Mikes.

It was one of those days nothing would've satisfied my cravings. I was determined to get my usual spicy Italian on flat wheat bread. The staff were friendly and had a system where the line of customers were able to order and receive their turn in a timely matter. Observing the items to choose from for your sandwiches seemed well stocked and fresh. I was offered to make my sandwich into a meal although I wasn't interested in more than I've already came for. Overall, I was serviced quickly, my sandwich was made nicely, cut it in half, and wrapped separately per my request. For that, I thank you!!

Stopped here to get everyone in my family subs to have at lunch for our day at the beach... few hours after we ate all of us have had the worst most painful bubble guts imaginable goin on 3 days now. At least going to the toilet every 20 mins is helping me lose few extra unwanted pounds #BikiniBody
