If you need to serve lunch or dinner for a meeting or a get together, I would highly recommend the Mililani Marketplace Subway!They took a last minute order for us and ensured us that it will be ready at 5pm. Got to Subway a little after 5pm and everything was bagged and ready to go. Everything was organized and their service was so professional! Look how they labeled the sandwiches! OMG!Awesome job, Mililani Marketplace Subway! You guys are awesome!

I usually don't post any reviews about subway, but today I was pretty amazed. I got the online deal today, BOGO free footlong sandwich. Never, I've had a perfectly wrapped sandwich but today SADIE (sp?) did such an awesome job. She took her time with my order and the sandwich was so good and in place!!! Thank you.

My husband and I ordered from subway today, we asked for a recommendation with the sauces, we were given rude attitudes and eye rolls. We ordered ignoring their attitudes and just asked for sauce recommendations and when we got home, they completely ruined the subs. The subs were soggy with the garlic aïoli and the chipotle sauce! I had a supreme meat, and the recommendation was WAY too overpowering, actually made me sick! (And this comes from someone who really likes garlic)My husband complained about his sub being sopping wet and smothered with the sauce on his Boss sub. If you go to this subway, just know what you’re getting. Because some of the team members don’t know how to give a good recommendation for your subway food. ?I’m ignoring today’s staff’s attitudes, maybe it was just a bad day for them… but either way. To our surprise during our phone call to Subways, they no longer offer their "sub of the day" special. Inflation has driven prices slightly higher, with less offers and customer service. On the brighter side, Subways is a healthy choice of fast food with fresh vegetables ingredients. Some meats and seafood offers, are processed and meat like products. They still have 4 different types of sandwich bread and side offers, such as drink fountain, assorted chips, salads, baked cookies and soups.
My husband and I grew up in Mililani all our lives and been coming here since they first opened. We've always enjoyed coming to this location and never had any problems. UNTIL.....the last few years! Up until today when we ordered our lunch, it always seems as if it's a problem that we are ordering a sandwich from SUBWAY! The workers are usually young which is fine but the attitude they have and the customer service they provide are HORRIBLE!! Within the last few years, there is just one girl who was sweet and welcoming! My husband forgot to get her name but she was one of the girls working today! The other girl looked and acted like we had no business being in there!!

Worker was an absolute j****** No customer service etiquette!!! We have a big family with all boys, so naturally they eat a lot. He wouldn't make 8 footlongs for us because it's considered a catering order. Then I told him my sister will order 4 then I will order 4. He said no because he knows we're getting 8. Then I told him we'll just get 7 then. He ripped off his gloves slammed on the counter and said he'll be back and walked in the back. There were no customers behind us there was so much bread in the case. We couldn't believe that he was refusing to serve us.

Have bought subs from this location nearly weekly. As others have mentioned, requesting to have your bread toasted is pretty much a waste, but I could let that go. What's really mess'd up, is clearly placing your order, coaching the preparer through it and when they stray, you get attitude? While ordering, we made mention, that we didn't want onions, but she decided to put them on the sub. As she was doing it, we kindly stated, Sorry, we didn't want onions, so (while never breaking eye contact) with a clearly delivered attitude, never broke eye contact as she pulled the onions off of the sub and threw them back into the container. - To add insult to injury, she then completely drown both our barely toasted subs in Mayo... Yum, yum. - Yeah, we won't be going back anytime soon. If Covid wasn't enough to keep us away, your preparers attitude surely did the trick.
