Unprofessional. The lady that ended up being our server was chatting with another customer by the entryway when we got there. We thought they were waiting (we’re visiting, didn’t know it was open seating), so we waited behind them. After about 10 minutes, we decided to just walk in to ask, and that’s when she noticed us. She didn’t even tell us it was open seating either, she just walked straight to the computer and that’s how we knew she worked there. Another employee actually came up to us to tell us it was open seating.The first gal ended up being our server. She took our food order, but either she lost our ticket or forgot about it cause we never got our food. The people two tables over who got there AFTER we had placed our food order got their food, so we flagged another server to ask about our order, and apparently it never got placed. We saw this second server actually walk outside cause, guess what, our server was outside vaping and chatting with another person. At that point we just asked to leave. Wasted almost an hour for nothing.

Love this place. The food is great for a bar. The chicken wings have been consistently good across the years I've been going there. The parking lot usually have spots available. It is an indoor outdoor bar. Great place to watch sports with a good vibe. No reservations needed for lunch.

Great place for late take out for sure. Also has a nice welcoming staff and the drinks are good if you drink. Lots of great food too! So many options even if it is ‘bar food’ I’d call it A+ bar food.Parking: So easy
We came in for light drinks and appetizers. We got Yaeger as a server and she was amazing! If you're looking for happy hour, good apps, a good atmosphere and friendly servers, definitely the place to pop into. We will be back especially because of Yaeger!

Went for a fundraiser for my cuzns daughter who won Ms Hawaii for America congrats to Hunter Viernes! The food was great, service was great, the entertainment was great, and the atmosphere was awesome! Highly recommend if holding a fundraiser. Highly recommend if just going for a beer after work! Been going here for years!!

Love the shack! What a unique vibe in Mililani. I would say that the burgers are not as good as they're hyped up to be but I do like the Hawaiian style calamari. And I know there's plenty of other good things on the menu. We like to go for Monday night
