There is a young man in there named Lance. I have taken my toddler daughter in there three times and every time I go, he’s there, with his friendly personality and smiling face. I usually don’t write reviews, but, Lance at his young age is an asset of an employee, who deserves recognition. Thank you, Lance, for always making my visits enjoyable!

I like this place and my kids love it. The pizza is really good, I can eat a whole medium pizza by myself and still want more. I like that there’s not a lot of crust allowing for the other ingredients to be noticed in the pizza. The atmosphere is great, I also did my son’s birthday party here and it was awesome. The staff took care of everything, they were very nice, great service, decent amount of games to play, kids get to be kids. I take my kids here every other weekend.

It's Chuck E. Cheese... the pizza is consistent, the salad bar is fresher than expected, and the wings are good. Most importantly, the staff is awesome, with great customer service!

I was scrolling through my phone looking for videos of a family member that just passed. I come across just a few of the dozens of videos we've taken at this Chuck E's. I've been to many Chuck E's but the kids at Pearl City always made this location THE BEST. They really made our kids and family feel happy every time we went there on Halloween night after the mall. Our kids, nieces and nephews are older now but they still great memories of this place BECAUSE of the kids who were working there. These videos are from 2019 Halloween night. Love the food here - best pizza better than actual pizza places. They're always on it and patient with the kids and families. They also stay on top of keeping kids SAFE. So they mark everyone's hands at the door and lately they've been taking photos too so if someone tried to walk out with a kid, they can't leave unless they're in the photo take when they walked in. They say Disney is "the happiest place in the world" but nah, it's CHUCK E's Pearl City!!! Ps. Wherever these kids are now, I wish them well and hope they know how much joy they brought to fam

I just moved from San Diego to Kailua with my 3 children. As if the move wasn't hard enough, it was my youngest daughters birthday. With no family or even close friends here on the island, I took her to Chuck E. Cheese. I normally cringe at spending my afternoon at such an establishment, but from arrival this experience was different. The young man at the door was so welcoming! He greeted us and immediately set out on making the birthday girl special. Trina the manager and Rachael the attendant all made the difference in celebrating her 6th bday. From cake to having Chuck E come out to sing to her, it made not only the birthday girl's day but also created incredible memories. Thank you team for your wonderful, welcoming attitudes.
