Gave our order to someone else!!! WTF!!! Don't you check the order!!! Then lady has the nerve to want to give the other person's order to us!!! Bad enough we had to wait long for the original order! We had to wait again!!! Unacceptable!!! Need to train your workers!!!

Horrible service. We waited for 40 minutes for beef stew, which turned out to be just couple of strips of beef with full bowl of rice and little bit of noodles. Miso Ramen soup also arrived late (30 minutes after we ordered). Food was average at best, and I know we will be avoiding this place unless everything else in mall is closed.

Food was pretty good but I'm sorry ramen and and gyudon should never take 40+ minutes. In addition, they forgot about half our order and didn't want to give us a refund (for the part we hadn't received) when we were ready to leave. Not coming back.

Hubby and I came here for lunch after I got off work. I was craving noodles so hubby ordered me a mini ramen noodles and a mini fried rice. I drank a large Diet Coke. They have dine in inside air conditioning and four tables spread out outside. I would rather stay cool to eat my ramen. My ramen was good and the broth was flavorful and different. More of a beef broth. The fried rice was hot and fresh. It had pork pieces along with egg. It was good. On the side had pieces of ginger. A good combination. I drank my Diet Coke afterwards. I was full! The guy checked up on us once and was super nice. Totally appreciate that. Plenty of parking across. It's next to Longs in the shopping center. I would definitely come back to try other items on their menu. Highly recommend!

Got the Charsiu ramen combo to go. Only took about 3-4 minutes to get my order done and since my hotel was on the next block, the fried rice, gyoza and ramen were piping hot. The charsiu had FIVE fairly thick slices of meat, more than any other ramen joint has ever given me. The charsiu had great flavor and no big wads of fat. Unfortunately this ramen place is a bit hard to find BUT worth it! Will definitely be back with my friends on my next visit to Oahu.

The food tasted fine but there was a small cockroach hidden in the beef sukiyaki. I had an upset stomach for hours afterwards likely due to the unsanitary food.To the management, please take action to ensure your food doesn’t contain bugs and won’t make people sick.

Just love the food. I ate what I normally eat, a shrimp tempura bowl and a plate of pork fried rice. We also got a chicken with Curry and rice plate. All of the food was great. The cashier was so nice, she made us 2 tall cups of iced water. Located next to Ben Franklin in Pearl City.

I always get take out from here. Covid rules still in effect. I love the pork fried rice and gyoza. Portions are good. I have no complaints going here. Would love to come more often lol!

We tried this place because we were craving ramen and this place is by Benjamin Franklin. We ordered miso soup and the crispy seafood soup. The miso soup that I ordered was very salty but it's tasty nonetheless. The lady was very nice as well. We got our order for take out and all the soup and noodles were all cramped in one plastic bag. They put a cardboard in between of the noodles so they can be stacked up. The cover for one of the soup is not very durable and it's located at the very bottom. After 5-10 minutes of walking, I noticed that something was off. It was only when we got home that we checked what happened. The cardboard was soaking in one the soup as the cover was broken completely. We ended up throwing the soup away because we're not sure how dirty that cardboard was. It's also good to note that I saw that the cooks are not wearing gloves or masks to prepare the food. I recommend everyone to be cautious especially with the pandemic going on. I'm not saying don't support them, but it's good to keep other people aware so we can make the business better.

Haven't been here in years and despite not being to eat it there and taking it back to the hotel and mixing our ramen ourselves, it was DELICIOUS! I had the Garlic Shrimp Ramen and it was full of flavor and LOTS of chopped garlic, good to the very last drop. Mahalo!

This is our favorite Ezogiku! They're always so friendly and always remember my daughter's order (she always gets the shrimp tempura udon without green onions). Love to get their fried rice and sesame chicken! And right now, the have a couple of family packs for takeout! We got the family pack b which consists of 3 orders of pork fried rice, and order of gyoza, and 2 sides (sesame chicken or chicken katsu) all for $32 plus tax! Deal!!!

Yakisoba noodles was delicious. Yakisoba sauce was not overly done, balanced perfectly with its salt seasoning. The portion was a little less than expected. The gyoza came in two different sizes. Mini and Jumbo (regular). Inside was flavorful and the outside was slightly crispy. Yummmyyy. Great lunch.
