I tried the hamburger sandwich here twice and both times it was just too bland as there wasn't that 'meaty' taste that you find at other burger places here in town. Taste wise, it reminded me of those veggie based hamburgers. So for the next two visits I tried their hotdog instead and it was quite good actually (the relish especially), kind of pricey but overall it was worth it if you are into hotdogs. 2 stars for hamburger, 4 stars for the hotdog.

My family and I ordered this restaurant and we loved the meals, i got a smokehouse, the Smokehouse Burger has great flavors and it is a very hearty and filling burger although the bottom bun was soggy and wet because of the sauces, i do like a saucy burger but not a soggy bun, however i am OBSESSED with there honey mustard sauce.I definitely think that this place would be better if not for covid so that the burger would be perfect, my family and i enjoyed and it's a great meal if you don't get full too quickly.

I use to love this place but I went not to long ago and i was just very disappointed all of my food was just completely ruined. It took forever to get my food and in just the 2 minutes it took to walk to my car to eat my burger and fries the buns on the burger were completely soggy and melted from all the grease. My fries were completely burned too. Ill be going to a different johnny rockets next time.

Ordered a milkshake, fries and tots and sat outside to wait for the items. The cashier who took our order also brought out our food. She was very professional as well as friendly. Great service. The food was pretty good as well!
Wow! First time ordering out (as we usually dine-in), and I was very appreciative that they not only separated the ice from our drinks in different cups, but they saran wrapped our drinks to ensure that no one touches our drinks before they get to us. Talk about thoughtfulness! All restaurants need to do that same!

Aloha Everyone....,...I'm hungry...and I've been good....sheltering at home for 6 days....I wanna have a delicious juicy burger.....rounded up my BESTIE Glenda n headed for Pearl Highlands for something ono to eat.....it's about 1:30 entered Pearl Highlands Mall....parked z car...and there it was "Johnny Rockets".....checked the menu out... Glenda ordered the Original Burger n I had to have the Route 66...a single burger( not married/ok not so funny ha ha ha) smothered with mushrooms(so good!), smothered with onions, Topped with Swiss cheese, and of course the I have to have.. the Fries topped with Bacon/cheese! Put our order in with a sweet cashier who called back the order(perfectly)...we were lucky to be there after lunch, so our food was ready quickly.....ta da!!!!!!! Opened up the bag...n there it was our scrumptious freshly made burgers, mushrooms n onions grilled perfectly....the Fries big enough to share with a few extra cuzzins..... We devoured those delicious hamburgers, sorry Kernel(!) Saunders this was finger licking' good!! French fries, bacon/cheese how can one stop?!! 4* Covid Protocols: all employees wearing masks Sanitizers available to customers. Tables/chairs not available inside/ tables/chairs available outside: store was very clean 4* Food preparation: Quality of food: Presentation: food was prepared quite well, Excellent taste for burgers/French fries Presented food excellently 4*Customer Service: the cashier was very pleasant...took our order quickly, repeated order to us/ received a surprise: she gave me a coupon for our next visit( wow!)...well b back...for sure Overall: this was a very nice experience at Johnny Rockets Pearl Highlands, our timing was good, being a little after the lunch crowd, our food was ready quickly! Especially appreciated the good customer service also! Kudos to the management, training your employees focusing on good food preparation and excellent customer service. Great place to eat if your at the shopping center. Steak and cheese sandwiches are incredible. Usually I will eat here if my car is being serviced at Sam’s club. Staff was friendly, store was clean and there was limited seating available outside so timing is incredibly important. After over a dozen visits never a bad experience!
