I order my pizza with extra toppings, mushrooms to be exact. When I opened the box I noticed the mushrooms weren’t cooked. I called them to let them know and they said that they use can mushrooms now and it’s not the same as before. I told them it’s fine but the mushroom's weren’t cooked. You could literally see that the cuts on the pizza were under the mushroom but not through the mushroom themselves. They kept saying that the can mushrooms sit in water so it’s gonna cook differently. I mean tell me what you think (picture included at the end). They told me they can remake me another pizza but I have to return the pizza they gave. My order was $85 in total with a $10 tip. So in total I had to wait 2hr+ for my pizza.

I have claimed complaint on pizzahut website while ago about extreme disrespectful cashier and never got feedback from them and never order pizzahut after that incident. Goodbye my pancrust pizza. I’ll do Dominos pancrust from now.

All we wanted was PIZZA and fast! I hit my Google maps for the closest pizza to me, and called. Bam! The sweet new age service of browsing the menu and ordering online. I opted to take the drive and pick up my order and pay at store instead of using my credit card. I got there my order was hot and my family was fed, and all was well!
Order was done perfectly and lots of cheese on my pizza, unlike some places.

Very disappointed .. ordered New Yorker very dry very little cheese, cheese was burnt. Pizza was so dry couldn't eat the next day .They gave us credit went back still burnt and dry... before we left checked piazza was disappointed again just by touching the crust You could tell it would be dry like stale crackers the manager said it looks better than the first pizza we had. Also ordered cinnamon rolls did not look anything like the pictures looked raw threw it out. They used to make better pizzas before. Will not be back.

My order was delivered on time but the driver came with the wrong soda and my order of cheese bread was overcooked. The pizza itself was just fine and done how I wanted.

Pizza hut is going downhill. Past 2-3 orders they replaced the red onions, that are specified as the ingredient, for regular white onions. They obviously taste different which made the pizza taste different. They didn't say anything until I complained to which they said, "red onions are out of stock" ?. Then this last order they put CANNED mushrooms on a Super Supreme with all fresh veggies. It was nasty.

Worst ever pizza hut place. I waited way too long for my order. I had to come back TWICE and even after 40 mins, my pizza wasn't even ready. Worst of all, there was a guy there who I think his name is Romeo and he just kept on talking to the employees instead of making sure my order was done. Just standing there with like three other people with him and they were in a group just standing and talking. Why are they even at work if they can't even do their jobs. Two pizzas take more than 40 mins??? And they couldn't even compensate for it. Just standing there, talking, talking, talking doing nothing. Never coming back here.
Ordered a Big New Yorker and it was the most tasteless pizza that I ever had. Sauce had no taste, didn't know where the pepperoni was, saw the mushrooms and olives but they were bland to. Don't know what the white stuff was...... cheese maybe?

Dude the guy at the cash Register was so rude I was trying to order my things and all of a sudden he interrupts me and goes I need name for your order is your Noah like if your gonna work fast food you should have patience with people I feel disrespected and I think this is unbelievable 1 Stars deserved.

Ordered contactless delivery. Prepaid for delivery and driver tip... I hear my doorbell ring so I go to check. And sure enough, the driver is standing at my porch with pizza in hand. So much for contactless. Not to mention he wasnt wearing a mask either. Why have a contactless delivery option (and brag about this option on your site) if you are going to make me have contact with your driver. Deliveey speed was fine, but pizza was already cold upon delivery. Think ill switch to another Pizza company for future orders.

I highly recommend ordering in the mornings or afternoons. Dinner times are way too crowded that you could be waiting for more than an hour especially on weekends. I would sometimes order from here either morning or evening. Just recently, they told me that one of their ovens is broken, which made things very slow and I had to wait for like almost TWO HOURS for my order, but it was a big order and I understand. I wasn't rushing, but I could see how stressed out they were because, apparently, they only have two ovens, but only one was working. Anyway, I got my order and liked it. I just wish they installed more ovens or something.

Worst experience I've ever had from a pizza place. We walked in and ordered and waited, no problem waiting because we understand they have to make our order HERE'S THE PROBLEM. Open our order when we finally got home and noticed there was NO CHICKEN in our Chicken Alfredo order. So I called and of course it goes straight to the call center, the person was beyond rude. I will NOT be coming back here or any Pizza Hut again.
