We showed up 20 minutes before closing and the employees were still so friendly and everything was awesome. 5/5 stars from me. And the food was bomb ahh like always.

Went mid-afternoon and most of the tables were dirty when we sat down.Food was hot and fresh, as usual. It's one of my wife's favorite fast-food spots, though I personally don't love it.I did, however, love the sweet tea. Reminded me of home.

Ordered from here in the drive through with no problems before until tonight. Ordered the Caniac Combo and received only 4 pieces of chicken instead of 6. Went all the way home and discovered this so I called the store and they hung up without even answering. Very poor service! So SAD & disappointed tonight.

Raising Cane's is one of my favorite places for chicken fingers. I had always loved this place before the franchise came to Hawaii. Ever since they came to Hawaii I've been able to satisfy my craving.The Pearl City location isn't as busy as University but I'm sure the crowds have thinned out with more and more locations. Nevertheless this location had plenty of open seats. I'd prefer coming here for the pure ease of parking.Expert Tip: I'm not a fan to coleslaw but you can substitute that for Texas toast!

Not all locations are created equal I guess. The fingers were noticeably smaller than the ones near the downtown location. But it still tasted good and service and bathroom were still good.

Came to this location at about 11:20pm since the hours states they close at midnight. As I pull to the drive thru lines I notice both are coned off. I assume they might just have the dining room open as all the lights are on and the open sign is still lit but nope called and asked and they said they closed for the night even though it says they don't close till 12 on yelp and google! Change your hours if you guys really close at 11 instead of having people waste their time and gas coming just to find your place closed. Very disappointed hopefully you guys aren't just closing early because you don't wanna work another hour. Terrible experience.
