They charged me $25 for a foot long but it was supposed to be $15 but I got charged $25 and they didn’t know how to give me back money. They help guest after me while I waited, I had to tell them I have to go to work.

Upon arrival, I had to wait a little while because there was only 1 lady at the front doing a mobile order. I didn't mind, but she only called another girl to come out when another person came in to wait behind me. I started off asking kindly for a 6-inch flatbread, but the girl helping me (Sarah) interrupted me mid-speech with a loud WHAT? I repeated myself again and she responded with WHAT? At this point, I was a little upset, but I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt because I know it can be a tiring job. Finally, I repeated myself for the third time and she goes "footlong or 6-inch?" I guess she didn't hear me the first 3 times when I said 6-inch, but I just repeated myself again. She asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes, but I'd like it toasted with onions and bell peppers. After I said this, she looked at me like I was crazy and semi-yelled "you want it toasted with onions and bell peppers??" She seemed really annoyed at my request, but I don't think it's that hard to just add them before toasting. I've been to other subways before and they really don't mind. I've also worked at subways before and it's actually kinda common, so I didn't quite understand why she was being so hostile. I just said yes and she let out the biggest sigh before doing it. After my sandwich came out of the oven, she seemed a little nicer while helping me with my veggies and sauce, but I clearly said I wanted just one line of ranch (because sometimes 3 lines is too much sauce for me) and she proceeded to give me 3. I didn't wanna ask her to remake it so I just stayed quiet. She also helped me check out. I asked for 2 macadamia nut cookies, but I only saw one broken one in the display case, so I kindly asked if they had more just to make sure. She rolled her eyes at me and looked at me like I was d*** before telling me they had more on the cooling rack. I tried to use ApplePay but it wasn't working for some reason so I asked if I could get my card from my car and she said it was fine. At this point, I thought that Sarah might just be hostile to everyone; however, when I came back, she was helping the person behind me check out and was SOOOO nice to him. I was kinda thinking wtf because she made every single one of my requests seem like a hassle, but she was very accommodating for him. Anyway, I paid and got out of there. Not going back to this location again.

The storefront was so clean and the customer service was top tier! It smelled like how Subways used to when the foot longs were still $5 lol. The ingredients all looked good, the helpings were the right size, and the sandwich tasted great. I wanted meatball marinara with fresh mozzarella and when the worker saw the sandwich that I was getting, she made sure to point out to me that the sandwich i wanted was cheaper as the combo on the board and asked if I wanted her to make it that way. I really appreciated that! I got chips but they didn’t try to upsell us on the meal after the first time we said no (which most other locations do and I hate). The subway in the mall is closer but we’ll definitely make this one our regular spot instead.

The ladies that took our order were very patient and nice and I liked that they suggested ingredients that I wouldn't usually put, but made for a delicious sandwich. There was one customer in front of us and we were in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. They also were not stingy with Ingredients. 10/10

I would give a zero if I could. Lisa "the boss" as the other worker said, was very rude! When I nicely asked for a side of sauce with my sandwich (I like to dip my sandwich in it) That's the way I've ate my sandwich for years (no other subway worker ever gave me a problem with that) she said rudely "I'll put it in the sandwich" I said "I like to dip my sandwich in the sauce" (in my opinion it's still dry and I like the sauce in every bite) she raised her voice and said "No! I already asked you if you want it in your sandwich! Do you want it in your sandwich or not?!" With a sassy face. I worked in the food industry for many years and don't see the hassle of reaching for the sauce container that was right behind her to just squirt the sauce into it. It would've took less than 10 seconds, which she already spent being rude to me. The worker at the cash register was going to make it and she told her no. I said "I can't eat my sandwich without the sauce" she didn't care so I said "I don't want it without the sauce" she said "that's fine" and took it. I would've gladly paid for the extra sauce if she allowed me to. I see in another comment that this isn't the first time she treats customers this way. I ended up being the only one out of my family that didn't have a sandwich. Do not go to this subway! Terrible service!

I love eating sandwiches at subway. We came here for dinner last night. I decided on the Philly cheese steak sandwich six inch with chips and a medium drink. Total costs me around $12 and some change. I got triple x water to drink. The sandwich was heated up and was delicious along with the provolone cheese and I just got lettuce and tomatoes as an addition and nothing else. Still tasted great. The inside had a few tables where you can enjoy your meal. There were two young girls working the front. Plenty of parking in front of the location. I would definitely come back for more.

Local girl cool as hell. BUT the Chinese girl there is the definition of Chinese. I wanted my sandwich extra toasted to which she put my wife and my sandwich together in the toaster so it didn't even toast our sandwiches. I asked for extra jalapeños more than once and she only gave one every time. What the jalapeños comes out of your paycheck?! You want extra for my extra veggies? I'll gladly pay to get what I want don't short me and not give me what I want.

Wow I love this subway lol. First time here. It's been a while since I've been to a location where they are fast AND friendly AND not shy to put extra veggies when you ask. My sandwich was so well made and very delicious all under like 2 minutes. Very satisfied and will definitely be back!

Regularly go to this location for my usual foot long. Went in last week and ordered a foot long and a 6 inch with my coupon. The young girl taking my order seemed friendly and asked me if I wanted to order from the new menu. I asked her to pack my veggies separately because I eat some of the leftover sandwich the next day. The lady sitting down behind me at the table then said "pack 1 bag for the 6 inch, and 1 bag for the foot long, no extras!" I said I didn't ask for extra vegetables. When it was time to pay, I gave her the coupon and the survey receipt coupon for 2 free cookies. The cashier couldn't figure out how to do the free cookies so she went in the back to ask. The same lady comes out, snaps at me "you can only use 1 coupon at a time!" So I said okay, use the other coupon. She then started snapping at me, "you know, next time you come in, we cannot make separate veggies" so I said "why didn't you tell me from the beginning?" She then became more angry and said "I don't know if other Subways will give you vegetables seperate" (they do) "but I won't do it again, I only have 2 girls here and it takes up too much time" She then said "go to another Subway & don't come back!" When I was filling up my soda at the fountain I could hear her ranting & raving at the workers "don't give seperate vegetables anymore!!" I would have paid for the extra bag to put in my veggies. Now I have to look for another Subway to go to. Don't want to get high blood pressure again. What a nasty lady.
