$15+ for a sushi burrito. Honestly not worth it, the seaweed was wet so if you take the parchment off it'll literally fall apart. The ice tea with coconut was pretty good though.

Extremely rude lady ruined our day. My little daughter asked for a drink called “butterfly” hoping it would be something sweet. It was very bitter and sour. She asked the lady if we would get another flavor cause it was undrinkably bitter (even for my taste). It tastes like lime and orange skins’ taste rather than the fruit itself. She said no, these are the drinks, if we don’t like it there is granule sugar we can add and mix to the cold drink..

The food is great, especially their umami shoyu, but the customer service is always hit or miss. Also don't try to get them within 20 minutes of closing. I've shown up over 15 minutes before their posted closing hours, only to be told they were already closed.

I have ordered from this location multiple times through. Uber eats today I went in and made an order in store with i got home we realized that our roll had had salmon instead of crab added to it I drove 30 minutes back to the store to try to have my burrito remade Because I do not eat salmon when I got there they tried to say that it was salmon that was supposed to be in the role they did not offer to remake the roll they would not refund my money and I have never had such rude and horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this location I will not give them any more of my money or my business and whoever owns or runs his location should know that the two ladies working there are extremely rude. Not to mention the fact that I've now it's been over $15 on a burrito that I can't even eat because the whole thing smells like salmon.

We ordered the vegan inari and also a vegan Korean bowl that was on special. Both were absolutely delicious! I especially liked the bowl with the ginger dressing and the vegan inari roll with the miso sesame mayo. All the ingredients were so fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back! I hope the vegan Korean bowl makes it to the permanent menu! Oh and the Mamaki tea was delicious as well and the service was excellent!

Stopped by for a quick lunch and was pretty disappointed with my purchase. I ordered their Ahi Lovers Avocado roll and their Mango Iced Tea. The two items alone came out to $18+. I go to pick up my food from the counter, sit down, and take a sip of the Mango Iced Tea. To my distaste, it DOES NOT taste like mango iced tea. If I didn't know any better, it was just black iced tea. It didn't taste like mango or have even a hint of mango flavoring it all. It's falsely advertised as it doesn't say it is unsweetened. I tried to express my dissatisfaction in their drink and one of the workers was nice about it but the other worker was very rude. They acted as if their customers are just supposed to know those teas are unsweetened. If you like your teas unsweetened then totally go for it. But if you need sweetness to your tea (even a little bit), don't get their Mamaki Iced Tea or Mango Iced Tea. I suggested to the worker that they should make note of that on their menu bc their otherwise their customers will be unaware. Hopefully, they actually listen otherwise their gonna get more dissatisfied customers in the future. In addition, the roll was mid - definitely not enough ahi and the roll fell apart as I was eating it. It was $18+ I could've saved or spent somewhere else.

If you have a sweet tooth or enjoy your tea sweetened avoid the Mango Iced Tea. unfortunately my sister and I both ordered the tea w the impression that it would have a sweet distinct mango taste or atleast be sweet but it had no mango flavor & just tasted like black tea. And note, no where on their menu says that it's "unsweetened." When I addressed the disappointment the worker just said mango was what the tea was brewed with (then why can't that mango flavor even be tasted). My sister went a 2nd time to express our dissatisfaction w another worker who ended up refunding us for our drinks. She also suggested that Uproll add the description of "unsweetened" to their menu so other customers are aware that it's not sweet. honestly should have just stuck to water :/ So if you like your tea unsweetened this may be up your alley if not maybe try their other drinks or stick to water Other than that the sushi burrito was good

I ordered a crab roll, was tasty. Wish there was more crunch. Next time I'll add some. Delicious and didn't feel like a glutton after.

Pearl City Highland Market Up Roll Cafe'. Enjoyed a fresh made to order, healthy chicken salad. Choice of base, with rice, brown rice, quinoa or fresh greens. They also can do half- half of two bases. Generous layer of tender chicken, choice of tasty sauces, alfalfa spouts, corn, carrots, greens and crisp garlic crumble (appox. $9.50). All items are made to order, so ordering ahead should be considered, if time is a factor. Highland Market open daily 8am to 4:30pm.

My uncle was just looking at the menu and the workers were incredibly rude to him. It's not the customers fault that Up Roll Pearl Highlands workers can't open on the scheduled open time or if their having a bad morning. You shouldn't have your gate opened if you aren't prepared to speak kindly to customers. They ruined our family lunch. Please review customer service training with your staff or your company will surely lose more customers.

First time here and I ordered the Ahi Lover Avocado bowl. Delicious! As long as they keep the ingredients fresh its worth the $14.00 price.
