Thought I’d give this place another shot. Every time I went I received bad service. This time I get attitude from staff, I come back to find they gave my order to someone else and tried to give it back to me. No sorry no nothing

Portions size was huge. I ordered the veggie plate. I wasn't much of the fan of the potatoes. I'll stick to the Mac salad. Overall this is better than then pearlridge location.

Was in Pearl City today and my mom felt like eating local Korean food. She ordered a meat Jun plate and i had the bbq chicken. You have your normal selection of sides and vegetables to select from and they stuff your take out plate pretty full. Her meat jun was just ok, nothing great or fancy but it did its job. They get 3 stars because my bbq chicken was SO BURNT! I can't stand eating all the black burnt pieces. Once i scraped it all away, I'm left with just a fraction of what i ordered. They just need to monitor the grilling time a little bit more. On a side note, i enjoyed the choy sum and long rice. And like i mentioned, they give a lot!

My regular place I eat here once or twice a week because I work right up the road at the bus facility,,, One day I came to get my lunch I ordered my regular which is spicy pork, this is my habit every time I came I always gave them $3-$4 tips ,,,, when I get back to the facility open up my plate there is no meat inside, just the rice and vegetables, and it's too late for me to go back so I call yummy up and the already knew because when they finish cook the spicy pork they don't have a plate to go on , I figured everyone makes mistake so I told her I'll go get it when ever I can. So three days later I came and the young phillipino cashier see me and she told the cook to cook my spicy pork right away , when it is done she gave me the plate, I open it up it's just a meat with nothing in it so I ask her where is the rice and vegetables, she said she can't give me because I already had it couple days ago so I told her do you expect me to save my rice and veggies from couple days ago to eat with this meat? And plus it's not even my fault , it's your fault that you didn't give me my complete order,, she just shrugged her shoulders and said she can't give me. She is very rude never once apologized for what she did wrong I never go to this place again
Worst food yet. Normally edible depending on what you get. This time the BBQ chicken was burned and dried out. Trouble is they pre cook the chicken and fininsh it when you order. So there chicken is always over cooked and dry.

I picked up a couple of combination plates this past weekend and the food was great. However, it really bothered me that the cashier/server did not properly wear her protective mask while taking my order and then proceeding to assemble my plate. I believe wearing a mask is not required, but if she has one, she should have it over her nose and mouth, not only over her chin.

I’m a regular to this place, and always order a spicy pork , working as a city bus driver so it is very close and convenient,, one day I came down and order my spicy pork , the little phillipino cashier gave me my order and I headed back to the facility open up my food , it was empty plate no pork inside,, I called them on the phone and she told me she was only looking at the name on the outside and that she didn’t checked it, until when they finish cook they realize that they gave me an empty plate. so she told me I could go and get when ever I can ,, couple day later I go and get my spicy pork and she remember so she told the cook to cook my spicy pork,, when it’s done she gave me just the pork , I told her what about the rice and the veggies, she said she can’t give me because it was on that empty plate couple days ago already ,,, it is their fault from the beginning and she expected me to save my rice and veggies from last week to eat with it. I would not come to this place ever again ,,,

Food is great,but the service is terrible. went to pick up an order and mot only was it not even started by the time they told me to pick it up. But they got the whole order wrong and acted like it was my fault. Then they tried to charge me more than the total they gave me on the phone.
