I order fried noodles x2 and a beef stew and a spaghetti and a large corn chowder and a flaky donut I call in my order at 6:30 pm when I came home I open the bag and I got three plates of fried noodles and a beef stew and a large corn chowder and a flaky donut but no spaghetti luckily the restaurant is only a two minute drive from my house but my mom is scared to drive during the night I wanted to go back because I need my spaghetti and I call them and told them what happened they were so nice they let me keep the three fried noodles and the extra garlic bread for free and she even ask me if I wanted a found drink but I told her no but next time in the future please double check before u put in the bag so u won't make that mistake again

This location has the worst customer service, staff, and wait times. Every time I come for take out, dine-in, and bakery services I experience long wait times and inexperienced staff. Managers, like Julie, are incompetent. Absolutely could not answer any questions in a helpful manner. Ordering online or over the phone? Be prepared to wait even after you get a notification your food is ready. Missing items, utensils are common. Compared to other Zippys locations, this one misses the mark every time.

THEY PROCESS ORDERS 15 MINS PRIOR TO PICK UP TIME SO IF THEY RAN OUT OF YOUR MENU ITEM THEN YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK SO NO SENSE ORDER AHEAD.Then, why does Zippys offer to schedule your order ahead if they do not guarantee that it will be available at pick up??? There is NO disclaimer about when they process order for a future time - but good customer services dictates that the order should be processed at the time of the original order and held for the customer to be picked up at their desired time.I called my order in at 5pm to be picked up at 8pm. I receive a call at 7:45pm that “they ran out of food and thus, failed to process the order”. They told me that they ran out 1/2 hr ago (7:15pm). The order should have been processed at the time the order was placed at 5pm. Followed up with a complaint to the Manager, Josie, that they have had this problem in the past that orders are not processed at the time of the order, that it is processed 15 mins prior to your pick up time; and the customer is left with no food if they run out of that particular menu items. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DOES NOT DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is why I am a regular loyal customer of the Pearl City Zippys location and frequent there at least 2-3 times per week. I had never had this happen at the Pearl City Zippys.

Went In the takeout section for what we thought would be quicker than dine in. Checking in religiously for our order, after 45 mins it was ready. Food was already cold, not sure why or how when we were checking in on it often and told "yeah it'll be out soon". While we saw so many people that ordered before us already sitting and eating. Wasn't even a big order. Chicken katsu and Korean chicken plates. Chicken katsu was over fried like more breading than chicken and no sauce on the Korean chicken. Forget tryna ask for extra sauce at this point. Ridiculous, I will never go to this place again, Pearl city Zippys is way better. Even Zippys in Ewa has a better system. They need to get it together. It's usually 15 or less to wait, not 45 minutes. Just bizarre.

Went to this location scan the QR code, no one is waiting in line except me and my husband another lady came in with her son she couldn't wait so the waiter took her in but what about us who got there first? People kept on coming and scanning the QR code but no one bother totell us that their I pad is not working andhow would they know which one had arrived first. This is ridiculous. Bad service.
The ambient was pretty relaxing coming in. We showed up for breakfast. Service was adequate - we got our table fairly quickly (didn't need to use the QR code to get on the waitlist), and our order was processed almost immediately. Nice folks :) On the way out, this weird cloud of alluring temptation drew us to the bakery for desserts...beware! I would've taken a picture of the dessert, but it had already eluded my camera by hiding in our stomach. So sorry.
