Beautiful facility. Service was terrible. After we were seated, a server came to our table he brought water and took our drink orders, and then told us someone else would be serving us. 10 to 15 minutes later, another server came by. The first thing he said was that my drink would be arriving soon. He took our order and left. 15 minutes later, my salad arrived. Meanwhile, a misty storm blew in. We ate at 1 kitchen 3 times during our stay - for breakfast and dinner. The food and drinks, while expensive, are absolutely delicious. The view is pretty spectacular also.Erica - from 1 kitchen - was excellent to us and never seemed to stop working. Let’s start with the view. Whether you are staying at the hotel or not, this picturesque view never gets old. Drink selection is vast and the “coconut wired” is to die for. Food was good and variety of options met our needs. We traveled with 2 kids who really enjoyed the flat iron (must be good for an 8 year old to finish the whole thing)!
