Had the breakfast sandwich which was pretty good. The coffee was watery and just really bad. This was partly my fault as I was shown that the americano comes out of what looks like a consumer grade instant coffee machine. Also, they have no decaf options.

One of the best options for a quick and well made breakfast in the area. Good egg bowls, and we love the local sausage sandwich. Smoothies, acai, you know the drill. Call ahead to preorder so you can go straight to the pickup line, there is a minimum service fee and payment is by credit card.There is a large covered outdoor seating area, or you can grab and go. Plenty of parking.PS Do not begrudge mandatory tips on Kaua'i and please be generous in optional situations. Our workers and local families cannot afford to live here and everyone benefits from their labor.

The Spot had good food options and the service was reliable. Given the staffing shortages we encountered on our trip because of the economic conditions on Kauai, it was a relief to have a place for breakfast that was open and didn’t have the excessive wait times.

This is “The Spot” if you’re staying in Princeville. Great hearty fresh natural breakfast that stayed with us for hours. Would recommend to others and would definitely go back for some good healthy eats.
