I've been here once, and I'm super disappointed. The fish was not fresh, even though the name of the place promises "fresh fish." The fish tasted like it had been rotting, and in hopes to hide that fact, they rinsed and cooked it. Not to mention had a soar stomach for 3 days after.

Best food in all of Pahoa and also best bang for your buck. I often times split the 5 piece fish with my partner or my kids. The ono is particularly ono (delicious!) The pieces of fish are huge chunks and so fresh.

The food was fantastic! Super friendly service. We ordered the ono and a crabcake. Everything was great, even the fries and coleslaw were pretty good. Definitely recommended. Definitely going again.

What a battered fish, my mother! The Mahi-mahi is brutal, the lavender lemonade memorable. The best place to eat out in and around Pahoa. Very good service and the place is clean and tidy. Easily accessible and with plenty of parking, in a commercial area. A great place to taste Hawaiian delicacies. We'll be coming back.

Best fish and chips of 5 places we have eaten at. Crispy in the outside moist in the inside. Had the Ono and mahi mahi. Chips and onion rings were very good as well. Fair pricing as well.
