Ive eaten at this subway since they first opened. Always had great service and friendly people. Today there was only Keith helping all the customers. I saw at least 2 other employees, just milling about. Not helping him out at all. Destynae was one of them. She was at the register when I got there to pay, I said what my sandwich was and she turned and walked away. Making Keith have to stop making the sandwich he was working on to ring me up. when keith did ask for assistance, it was like he was bothering them. I felt bad for Keith, he should get a raise.

I ordered online for pickup. I had to grab my own drinks and chips which normally those are all ready to go when picking up. Anyways, I get home and one of my sandwiches were missing stuff that I had to pay extra for. I called the number twice and no answer and no option to leave a voicemail.

Update: Since this review, I have been back several times, very consistent sandwiches, app has improved and the same guys that have been there for years are worth tipping. I rarely go to restaurants or fast food, but these guys are sandwich artists. I recently went to keaau subway since they had a BOGO online deal. Imade a huge mistake. The workers there made a terrible sandwich. It was stale bread, wrong bread, little veggies, no sauce (next to none). I have been spoiled by the Pahoa subway.Best Subways around. Hawaii subways take care of every request. Mainland subways are slow, stale and bland. I understand that is a low morale job, but at least fake it. They do tend to run out of white chocolate mac nut cookies and NEVER refill them or make more. At least they don't run out of certain breads and sandwich types.

I have been trying to call for 20 minutes no one answered the phoneI used the website to order and I don’t know how but only ordered one sub I needed 2 subs to use a coupon I didn’t find a way to cancel the order and no one would answer the phone this has happened before I never complained but today I amMoney is always tight here and we all need to save every penny we canThank you

This review is more about the subway app/online ordering:I had an unpleasant experience with trying to pick up an online order.Placed my order, was properly charged, and received an e-receipt.When I arrived for pick up the crew had never received my order and even when I showed my receipt confirming my order and location/time stamp they weren’t able to help me because it simply hadn’t come through on their end. They said my only option was to pay for another one. I was a bit disappointed that even though I showed my e-receipt nothing was able to be fixed or honored.

I was shocked after my first visit in awhile, due to covid, at subway. I ordered which was my usual the subway club with no mayo and all veggies except spinach and olives. I had a 50cent coupon and expected it to be between $6-7. When I was told it was almost $10 I asked why cashier explained because I did not order a regular subway club. She explained I had added all the vegetables. So I told her to forget it she got a manager there was no sorry or understanding at all that i wasnt aware of this drastic change. If the manager would have had some type of compassion for my shock and offered a little discount i would not have asked for all money back. The reasons for going to subway for years was all the vegetables that make it taste good. I am a senior that is extremely high risk for covid that's why i did not know about your changes! It would have been nice if the server might have said each of these vegetables are an additional charge I would not have added All. And I would most likely still had a sandwich. And might go back to a subway in the future! Acknowledgement would be appreciated.
