“Our experience at Guibe CafeBehind Cutter Ford in Aiea. It's a small restaurant. They're open for breakfast and lunch. They have good quality food prices are moderate $$$I had the best Loco Moco with Wagyu beef burger and crab cake, fried rice and Gravy. What stands out about this Loco Moco is the gravy and the fried rice. It was delicious. My wife had the strawberry salad, it has delicious strawberry vinaigrette dressing and pecans. And her friend Peter had a aji salad it was huge. The portions are large and it is worth the money ?The restaurant is small so you may find yourself waiting in line outside. You can also do takeout orders too. They are getting a great reputation a lot of people know about this place. Hopefully they can find a larger location because the people will find it.You can go online and find Guibe Cafe. And check out their menu. We definitely will be back. Mahalo hugs Wes n Wanda Anzai - Mililani Hawaii.4-2024Vegetarian options: They have about four or five salads which are delicious and they're very large so you're going to get a lot of food ?Wheelchair accessibility: For regular size wheelchair it's pretty tight inside the restaurant. But they will try to accommodate you. You might have to wait.“
“We've been coming here for years. It's our go-to spot! Today was DA BEST service we've had here so far. Marley A., gave excellent an experience. It was busy, and she never skipped a beat with timing and her attentiveness. She was superb ? ?Thank you, Marley, for an awesome visit to our favorite spot on the island!!“
“Best burgers and sandwiches ever!!! My oldest daughter and my self had the avocado burgers, my youngest BLT Avocado sandwiche, and my wife and Mahi Mahi burger...WOW!!! it was amazing! We all loved! Super loaded, fresh, and delicious burgers ever!“
“Amazing Poke! We got the tako poke bowl and the spicy ahi poke bowl and it was hands down the best poke I’ve ever had! The garlic rice/dirty rice is phenomenal!!!!! The bagoong fried rice is also incredible! Topped it all off with an Ube cheesecake. Everything was delicious. I’m only in Hawaii for a few weeks but I will be back! The staff was super nice and friendly too! Great service! They even offer a military discount.“
“The food is really good but I decided to try something new that is not my norm and it wasn't something I would want to eat again. However if you love omelettes they have a great Denver Omelette and they have awesome pancakes as well as awesome Waffles with Strawberries and cream.Parking: Handi-capped parking stalls available. Little bit tight the parking and the parking lot is shared with other businesses. But usually parking is not too bad. Maybe go around the parking lot once or twice and usually someone will leave and you can find a stall.Kid-friendliness: It is a great family atmosphere snd also has a kids menu available. Booster seats/high chairs are also available.Wheelchair accessibility: Their is wheelchair accesible tables. Although the space may seem a bit tight but once you actually walk inside its a lot roomier than it looks from outside.“
“#9 of 52 (trying a new restaurant at least once a week) This is not a new restaurant to me (but I haven't eaten here in many years) but it is for my guy so we're going to count it as a new restaurant for us this week. I remember how tight parking can be so I actually ordered online so if we couldn't park or find a table we'd just bring it home. There were three spots available when we got there (yipee) so we parked and went inside. There are just a few tables inside and it must have been our lucky day because we got the last table. I grabbed our food and headed to the table. I ordered the half chicken with fries and the Mike's melt. We also got honey mustard and the lava hot as our sauce choices on the side. I do like that they put the chicken right on top of the fries. All that yummy chicken juice just ends up all over the fries. I'm not sure what the fries are seasoned with but they are good. The chicken is delicious! It's fall off the bone tender and the skin is very flavorful. I've never had one of their sandwiches so I was looking forward to trying the Mike's melt. It's dark meat chicken, bacon, cheese, ranch, honey mustard and hot sauce. The bread was perfectly soft and crunchy at the same time. They give you a good amount of chicken so no complaints there. My only complaint is about the sides and sauces. With the exception of the fries, all the sides and sauces taste like they come out of a jar, can or bottle. Yes, the chicken is the star, but I wish the sides and sauces shined too. Definitely give this place a try. It's worth you dollars!“
“Guieb Cafe, nestled in the heart of Wahiawa, is a culinary oasis that captivates with its seamless blend of contemporary elegance and rustic charm. From the moment you step through the doors, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and authenticity, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. At the heart of Guieb Cafe's allure lies its exquisite culinary offerings. Their menu is a celebration of Hawaiian flavors, elevated with a modern twist that tantalizes the taste buds. From the succulent NY Strip Steak, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of sear, to the indulgent Ube Pancakes that melt in your mouth with each bite, every dish is a testament to the chef's mastery and dedication to culinary excellence. But Guieb Cafe offers more than just exceptional food--it's an experience. The attentive staff ensures that every need is met with a smile, their passion for hospitality evident in every interaction. Combined with the restaurant's inviting ambiance and meticulous attention to detail, dining at Guieb Cafe is nothing short of a culinary journey that leaves a lasting impression.“
“The food was off the hook, good amout for the price. Only reason i didn't give a 5 cause Customer service was bad. Even if your having a bad day, or getting slammed with orders. Atleast great the Customer with aloha or welcome. On the phone rolling his eyes, like i was interupting him. Food can be great, but Customer service can ruin the taste. Also, if ordering on the app it does ask for different amounts of tipping. I'm glad i chose the smallest. If you don't pick, it don't get the online discount....hmmm?“
“We stopped here on our way out of the airport just looking for somewhere to watch the end of the Raiders game and grab a cold beer. The second we walked in the people were chatting with us and super friendly. We found seats at the bar, there was only one bartender working, I believe, and he rocked it. You'd never know. Food was amazing! Lots of traditional Hawaiian dishes, small plates to share. So good! Everyone was super friendly, lots of TV's! One of our favorite places we stopped for food/drinks for our whole trip! Thanks for the hospitality!“
“Service is always on point! Staff are very polite and on it! Our favorites are the Kalbi, Primerib, grilled shrimp, oxtail, spaghetti, chicken katsu, fried chicken. This last visit I did the mix plate with prime rib, fried chicken & fried fish. The fish was very very thin (all batter) overcooked dry and hard (photo attached). The hamburger steak didn't seem like it was homemade, it looked tasted frozen patty. However, the gravy was good.“
“Hidden gem in between Wahiawa and Mililani. You won't be able to see it from the main road right off the freeway. If you're able to find it, you'll be glad you did!!We went for dinner during the middle of the week, food was delicious and service was great!! Our server Chaden constantly checked up on us. The atmosphere is up beat as everyone in their seems to be enjoying their time with live music and conversations during dinner.Definitely will be back, maybe to try out their weekend breakfast.“
“Mini spareribs (boneless) plate was among their Thursday selections. Mini consists of a scoop of rice, Mac salad and brownie. All the spareribs and sauce smothered the rice, which you could barely see. The meal gets "mushy" if you don't eat it right away. But that's expected when the main dish isn't separated from the rice. The overall taste was good, nothing exceptional. They don't overpower their food with spices, salt or shoyu. The portion is generous; especially, for an $8.00 mini plate. You will have leftovers if you're a small eater. Scoopers is definitely worth the drive if you're looking for a good, plentiful meal at an exceptionally reasonable price.“
“I meant to take pics but smelling my food on the ride home, I forgot about pictures and straight devoured my food . I had the OG and my wife had the Paniolo. We also had fries , tots, and onion strings. Everything was killah. Full on broke da mout action. The wasabi sauce was my favorite with my burger and the sides. This place get action. He even has crispy jerky too. I wen wack the whole bag before I got home lol. Buggah is mean .“
“This was one of the best food trucks I've eaten from. Tita's is situated in the Hukilau Marketplace right by the entrance of the Polynesian Cultural Centre (PCC). It's a great place to stop by and fuel up before entering the PCC as I didn't see many food places in there. The food here was delicious, well cooked and very flavourful, and the portions were quite large (hard to tell from my pics). It's definitely well worth the money if you arrive hungry. There's about a 10 minute wait for them to prepare your food, but there are some tables and chairs with umbrellas to shield you from the sun right in front of the truck, so you can relax while you wait for them to call your number.“
“The portions are generous and made to order. You order at the counter and it is delivered to your table. Take out is also available. Best pancakes - not dry. Vinha D'ahlos is a favorite that isn't found at many places. As a moco, twice as good!Kid-friendliness: The relaxed nature of the dining room is perfect for young and old. The tables aren't squeezed together allowing kids some room to move and talk.“
“This place was awesome, I can't believe there weren't more people here. We had the Boca Rota pizza and it was one of the top 5 best pizzas I've ever had. Had the tarot beinets for dessert which were also very light and not too sweet.“
“I don't want to give away our secret, but COEC is putting Wahiawa on the map for nostalgic and enjoyable evenings in the COUNTRY! Don't have to go past the bridge for local grinds and entertainment. We had the poke tosadas, apple crisps, Loco moco, pupus and drinks! Watercress salad took me back to my mom's house. Visit them soon!“
“Aiea location-Saturday morning breakfast stop that was absolutely amazing! The walk-up ordering was fast and we were greeted with a wonderful smiling face to take our order. The food- fast, fresh, and delicious. We had the guava French toast, Uncle Boy’s waffle, Kahula pork fried rice burrito along with mac salad, fired chicken, and pickled mango- I cannot say which was better as every bite was flavorful and well prepared.A definite place for an affordable delicious meal.“
“This is a humble diner with class in their presentation and taste and srrvice. You are greeted when you arrive shown to a table and attended to fir your order and refreshments - water is important to me and an indicator of service especially when I am thirsty -The multiple- sides appetizer like platter that comes out before our entrees is beautiful diverse and tasty - i love spice and Korean spice is yummy garlicky and chili peppery ?My daughter has less enthusiasm for spicy food - but she has more than a few dishes she enjoys here tooWe were so hungry I forgot to take pics before we started - forgive the almost empty appetizer plate w/ various kimchee, prepared veggies and fishcake - the image is my hot kimchee seafood soup -Located between Daiso and Long's CVS in Pearl City, HI“
“Jeremy is still going strong with his lunch wagon. But you people really need to get out of my way because I dislike waiting in that long line (J/K). Scoopers had to raise their prices for all plates by one dollar (come on people, you can afford to pay another measly buck) due to rising costs but it is still incredibly affordable, and the quality hasn't dipped at all. Unpretentious old school plate lunches hit the spot. Always.“
“Fine dining presented by professional staff with top notch dishes. Highly recommend the Sashimi Bowl and Mahimahi with lobster and oyster sauce. The steamed clams were also choice as was Aunties Mai Tai and the gelato.Parking: Use upper parking deck for best access.“
“Everything is delicious! Not only delicious, but affordable. May this small little gem of a restaurant always prosper may the hands that prepare these delicious meals have many more years of service to come. I'm not one to take time out to write reviews, but Garden Island Cafe deserves it. Thank you.“
“The food is soooo delicious! Well seasoned! The firecracker chicken is spicy, amazing! The macaroni salad with mayonnaise, Brazilian style. I also ordered the pork with onion and mushrooms, delicious!!! The portion is very large. The only catch is that take-away only.“
“Another delicious lunch at The Pearl! If you get a chance to dine at The Pearl I highly recommend going! These young chefs out do themselves every time! For $35 you get a 7 course prix fixe menu including coffee, tea or soft drinks. The portion size IMO is perfect and the presentation is appealing and everything was flavorful and delicious! We had to leave before dessert was served so they were kind enough to pack it to go.“
“I was roaming around the Waipahu area and yelp search brought me here. The food here was interesting. It seems like mixed local Asian dishes. Ordered takeout: steak plate with noodles, potatoes, and Spanish rice. Food was pretty good. I like the cheese potatoes. Pricing was okay. Not cheap eats but decent food for the price.“
“Simple reasonably priced fare that was so delicious! I had the vegetable omelette served with greens and rice with an added side of tasty Portuguese Sausage and my husband had the Punke- (eggs, meat choice and rice). The views of the covered balcony were worth the visit!Vegetarian options: Delicious vegetable omelette!“
“Excellent food and service. My wife and I were there for the Navy’s 248th Birthday Meal. The beef, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese, corn, vegetables, and salad were delicious. Good crab legs though a bit salty. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere.“
“Me and my family go here for breakfast sometimes, and when we do,it's amazing.the service is fast even though they are packed, the food and service are good and fast.unless you are claustrophobic, this place is amazing.dont even get me started on the pie. They have a atm too.“
“Was recommended to come here while visiting my sister. My girlfriend and I came on a Thursday and it was karaoke night. The bartender “T” made great drinks. Some of the best espresso martinis we’ve ever had. Solid cocktails and shots. Wish we came earlier to try the food. Pictures is the Lychee Martini.“
“"A good burger is a messy burger." This is it. One of my favorite burger spots for fresh patties with fresh ingredients. Service is friendly. Nice spacious restaurant. On the pricey side...but you are paying for a real burger...not a fast food one. Their milkshakes are awesome and I feel like they're underrated. Made from real ice cream. Awesome spot. But be ready to pay.“
“We went on Sunday so they open at 1pm...we traveled from Waikiki as that is where we are vacationing, but we wanted to support a Black owned business while we were in Oahu. ????...it did not disappoint. The only thing I would change is I wish the mac-n-cheese was baked with a crispy top...but it was decent. The service was awesome, the food was amazing and we had a variety of differe t dishes. I bill was about $160 US not including tip, we was a party of 4. We left stuffed and had take away boxes...lol! We ordered too much food...as they say...our eyes bigger than our stomach. It's definitely a must!!Kid-friendliness: My son loved the food...hush puppies, fries, pork chop ?“
“Een eating her since small kid time. I will be 60 in September and will continue to support and eat her till I no longer can. Huge plate lunches worth my money spent. You tip them well, they bonus you with hot pies, chicken or fries.Parking: The early bird get the worm“
“Bartender is sexy, I think she's Japanese. Cozy, hidden and overall pretty good. I only had fries, they came out piping hot. Played a wide range of music from heavy metal to rap to music in Spanish. I liked it, right by the lake, plenty of space, I'll be back“
“The food is really excellent. Cakes and the rest of bakery goods are great. Pizzas are like expensive gourmet pies. The pizza dough/crust is delicious. Not greasy! Beef brisket is also really good. Everything is so affordable it's one of the few killer deals left these days.“
“The nicest recreation center I have ever been to. Located on Schofield Military Base. Military, DOD or dependent ID required to enter base. Located next to a Chapel and Martinez Gym. There is plenty of street parking. The venue hosted Brian McKnight Concert. Doors opened at 6pm and show started at 7pm. The line started at 5pm. You weren't allowed to hold seats for anyone and every seat was first come first serve. Once the doors opened they checked your ID and let you in. Purses were allowed. And there was no dress code. Come in what you felt comfortable with. Don't forget the best part "Free, Free, Free" entrance. It was put together so elegant. You couldn't tell it was a recreation center. There were tables with white linen table cloths and intimate candles everywhere. I'm not sure if they had food. No one sitting next to me had food. They did serve alcohol drinks. I saw mixed drinks, wine bottles and different types of can beers as well. Brian McKnight came out on time, sang for one hour and a half with no breaks! If you went to pee you missed it. I'm glad he did it like that. I loved every moment. I don't like went artist break every five minutes or have you singing there song the whole time. It was none of that with Mr. McKnight. He is truly an artist, professional and funny.Mr. McKnight had a questions and after session after on stage that was about 20 minutes. Followed by a meet and greet. I left at the meet and greet. As I didn't see a sign up for that so I am unsure how people were able to show up. Thank you thank you thank you! So much for hosting this amazing event. I will be returning.“
