Every single time I go to this place and order a large drink I get a different sized cup! I ordered 2 large icees and one small. My 2 large icees this time were put in medium sized cups, last time they were in the actual large cup. I went inside and the lady pulls out a cup the EXACT same size as my small icee and proceeds to tell me that's a size medium. Since when did medium and small become the same size? These people are so incompetent. Go elsewhere.

This morning 12 December 2022 I went to the Burger King at the Food court at the PX on Schofield. I ordered a number 8 sandwich only and the person who prepared my sandwich was Awesome!!! Kudos to her.

It was nice being able to sit at a restaurant and eat without having to have a vaxx passport (because it is federal property and the county mandates don't apply) even if it was at a food court. The food was good and the service was good. We ate outside because the weather was nice.

Neither BK on post is going to offer hot burgers. I think they under cook them to speed the line along. I've tried this location 3 times in about a year an a half. I even ordered cheese sticks thinking, they'd HAVE to be hot. Nope. I've wasted my money on these 2 for the last time.

Absolutely terrible customer service, very rude, short, and unprofessional. Second visit in as many weeks, our first visit they forgot an item through the drive-through, this trip ordered again and attempted to collect the missing item which was promised immediately following our first visit. In fact, was told my name would be annotated as record of what was owed to me. When I referred to that record, the staff today acted as if none existed. I highly doubt I would be back to order from this location again, would recommend you'd go elsewhere. Would give zero stars if the system allowed me.

When I first arrived (6:47am) no one was at the counter so I went to Starbucks.Then I go back and ask for a croissant sandwhich and got a burger instead.
