Overall not bad! Got the regular cheese steak + bacon and a side of ultimate fries. It was very tasty. Overall I was more impressed than I thought I'd be since these arent "real" philly cheesesteaks (no whiz?), but it was a nice changeup from going to the other places in the food court. I'll be back!

Two ladies working were very kind and patient. Very thoughtful of them to ask if I wanted lettuce and tomatoes in my six inch Old School. I opted for lettuce only. Old School w/ Gourmet Combo, small size includes a six inch roll with grilled steak, cheese and onions, bacon and cheddar fries, and a choice of beverage. Steak appeared and tasted very tender. Lettuce added a nice crunch to my meal. Enjoyed a simple and miniature version of Philly Cheesesteak with loaded fries in casual ambiance.

The female employee who worked the register yesterday, June 28, was really friendly and welcoming! We appreciate her patience as my daughter couldn't really make up her mind. The food tasted great, as well as the strawberry lemonade.

The food here is pretty darn good and very filling! My husband and I went to the Schofield Main Exchange to look for some travel clothes for the mainland and came here afterwards for lunch. We halved the original Philly cheesesteak with loaded fries (we also had some bing bros, separate review lol!) and it was so yummy! Food came out very quickly and the ingredients were very fresh. One of our favorite places to eat at this food court.

Sadly if you don't tell the cashier, cook, and condiment person exactly how to make your sandwich you will get the wrong toppings every time. Asked for a large Prime BBQ Steak. Specified no lettuce, no tomato, extra mayo. The cook forgot to add the onions that it comes with and put the meat right on the bread before adding any mayo. Then the condiment person put lettuce on it. Good grief.
My wife and I don't eat out much, but we decided to give this place a try. The food was alrifht at most, but $42 for 3 combos is outrageous! Simply not worth it. Our first time was our last time eating here. Prices are getting stupid these days...

Tried this place after a morning of thowing pottery at the Arts and Crafts Center. Luckily, I had a coupon because my meal was $12! I ordered a small chicken philly with Ultimate Fries and a lemonade. I probably won't be back for a meal. Everything was good, but not good enough to spend as much as I did even with a coupon. I'd have to go a la carte. The sandwich was good, the lemonade was very good. The food court is a good size with plenty of seating, but I imagine it gets busy/full at lunch.

Went there for breakfast. Steak and egg omelet and an egg and cheese sandwich. Was pretty rough, they did not ask us about how we wanted anything done. They used swiss cheese which melted and then solidified which made it extremely hard and stretchy. The hashbrowns were overcooked and hard. The cook, Rose, was not helpful to customers or the cashier. Poor cashier was there struggling to work the register and asking for help, Rose mumbled some stuff and ignored him. He was able to do things correctly but took quite some time with each customer. I'll try again but as long as she is not on the grill.

Great chicken salad! I forgot how great these salads are!! A few weeks ago I had to clear schoefield Derek's and on my final out it said no earlier than 21 May at a certain time so I came a few minutes prior to that certain time. And lo and behold the finance didn't open till 12:00!! Well for those of you who live in Hawaii I lived in Kaneohe. There was no point in me driving more than 35 minutes back one way to sit down to have to get up an hour later and drive 35 minutes back the other way. Then have to drive 35 minutes back. Thankfully I had my Kindle with me and I was ready to take a long nap. However I didn't have any snacks and I knew I was going to have to do something for lunch so I'll internationally she sticks. There's salad was delicious I landed on the chicken salad and it was made exactly the way I wanted it I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to any to any one!

They gave our order away to another customer then remade that customers order before ours even though we ordered before them in the first place. Then didn't offer any discount or recompense for the poor service. How hard is it to make orders in the order in which they are received and to make sure that the customer picking up is the right customer!?
