Really upset with this pizza.. I waited in line for 25 minutes waiting for someone at the counter. It took 30 minutes to make and is completely undercooked and the whole pizza is falling apart. I can’t even pick up one slice without it completely falling apart. I’ve been trying to call for 2 hours and no one is answering.

If I could put 0 stars i would no customer service at all takes forever to get a hold of them my order was a hour late and cold they originally said they would get me a new order cool did they nah the manager just said it would probably be late and cold again so I better off getting a refund I'll see in 5 days place trash

If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. We ordered the first pizza half pepperoni (extra pepperoni) and half pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño. As you can tell the first pizza looks like a 3 year old child made it and then shook it up in a box then ate some of the toppings off. One of the slices looks like it fell apart and they just said f*ck it and threw it in the box anyway. They ALSO forgot to put sauce on our wings so they basically gave us chicken nuggets. When my husband went to take it back and get it fixed and the guy up front said "no problem, I'll fix it." My husband waited about 25-30 minutes and then went back up to the front to ask if it was almost ready and a girl went back to check. She brought back the pizza but no wings. My husband then proceeded to ask where the wings were and she said that the "call center" said nothing about wings. Confused, my husband said that he had definitely already talked to someone about fixing new wings. She said it would take an additional 20 minutes to make new wings but my husband just said "nevermind, I don't care about the wings, it's fine " (considering he had already waited the 25-30 min). When which she replies "so you don't care?. My husband then asked to speak to the manager and she then came to say "I am the manager". Shocked and annoyed, my husband just said "you know what it's fine" and left. When he gets home we open the new pizza to see pretty much the same thing but with extra pepperoni. The cheese wasn't melted and after a couple of bites our stomachs were unsettling. I normally don't make reviews like this because my husband and I have both worked in the restaurant industry but this was just really disappointing. We will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again and will tell our friends as well.

I ordered $82 worth of food tonight and I am VERY VERY disappointed. We ordered 2 large pizzas 2 bread sticks and a cinnamon stick. The first time when we got the pizza we only got one pizza and all the sticks and it only took them 30 minutes to get it to us. I called about my second pizza because we didnt get it and my first pizza was not cooked all the way. When they brought us the pizza that wasnt cooked all the way they still did not bring the second pizza and this time it took and hour for them to get it to us and we were not even 5 minutes from the store. Before we finally got us our second pizza I asked for a refund. We had 2 pregnant women and a toddler waiting on this food to get there. We waited 2 and a half hours to get this food and by the time we got our second pizza is was almost cold and absolutely horrible. I think the best thing that actually happen tonight was the delivery driver Gina. Very respectful and patient apologized for the mix ups and mistakes even though they were not her fault. Best delivery driver I have EVER had being me food.

The girl who helped me out was super nice and let me know that the 10% off by using my Military Star Card doesn't apply which was fine. I ordered two supreme pizzas and both are extremely dry, lack flavor, didn't come with the extra sausage I also ordered. Altogether, the pizza was not hot and fresh unlike other ones I've offered from different franchises. Not recommended.

Not speaking about the quality of the food because common it’s Pizza Hut... but honestly the worst experience with service I’ve ever had. Not only did they keep me on hold for over 30 min just to order food. They also hung up on me 3 times. And weren’t even friendly to begin with. They need to hire a whole new staff because everyone who works there clearly hates it.

Despite their claims to be taking all precautions to ensure safety and cleanliness they had employees wearing their masks around their necks and not using any gloves. Our pizza took almost an hour because the staff stood there talking and let several items, ours included, burn. Really disappointed with their service this evening.

Employees were nice and I know with all that's going on with the covid-19 things are weird BUT the pizza was so bad that it sent my wife to the bathroom and I had the worst stomach ache until I provoked myself to puke. I'm not one to write reviews cause who cares what I think but I just had to do it this time that's how bad it was, never will I ever eat here again.

It's dinner time and there is barely a line. Only one person in front of me. As I am next. I place my order with the cashier. I noticed he's wearing Bluetooth earphones (I'd say that's not professional at all, especially as a cashier). Now I'm waiting for my pizza to be made, the same cashier with his headphones on, sneezes right behind the "Hot & Fresh, Ready to go pizza" but hey, atleast he sneezed into his elbow which isn't so bad and the fact that the hot and ready pizzas are in boxes. It makes me wonder if I should ask for a refund. I finally get my pizza and hoping management sees this review.
Needs more people working at lunch time. Shouldn’t have to wait 40-50 mins for a personal pizza

Ordered from here 2 times and both times we got pizza that was thinner than thin crust I could literally see the box through a couple of pieces. Pizzas are made very poorly and carelessly. Breadsticks are too airy also. Seems like this Pizza Hut gets so many negative reviews and lots of comments on the same issues yet nothing is done about it to make the food any better.
