Food is hit or miss. Which is odd because it's franchised Fried Chicken recipe, where consistency is critical to the brand. I live in Kapolei, close to the other raising Cane's and it never disappoints after almost a year. More often than not however, the tender sizes here are noticeably smaller than other Cane's stores here on island and on the mainland, and on more than one occasion questionably under cooked. Today is kind of my last straw for them, where I saw them reuse a cup in front of me (top was still on it) and who I presume to be the new manager, was oddly rude when I asked. She doesn't seem happy so I didn't pry... never know what battle people are fighting inside but at the expense of my health and general sanitation... I would try any of the other options here at the px if the manager looks sad that day. Just for reference, chicken is done and most bacteria dies/pasteurizes at 165 degrees. Look for a golden batter as reference before you eat it. If not, maybe ask if they'll cook it a little longer.

My girlfriend ordered chicken fingers with EXTRA SAUCE and they gave her 0 sauce... not to mention the sauce is the only thing with flavor with their bland chicken so good job on that one

The food was as always very good. The chicken fingers could be a little larger and the price point lowered five dollars. Which is why I did not give this establishment five stars. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Mahalo aaand Aloha!!!

Staff was friendly. Chicken tenders weren't what I was expecting being the first time I eat here. Heard lots of good things about raising cane's from friends, but chicken guy is definitely better. I would though eat here again.

Sometimes during lunch you just need some Canes and they always deliver. It is consistently as delicious as fast food chicken can be. Love the Canes sauce! Line is huge during the lunch rush.

Not much they can do with the atmosphere, it's a post exchange Food Court. It's fast food, it's good considering it's bad for you.

The sweet tea is spot on every time! The slice of bread that comes with the chicken strips melts in your mouth! The chicken is always cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crisp. Everyone in our family loves this place!

It was just after 1 and the lunch rush hour was winding down. But still a little crowded in the sitting area. A little noisy but not so bad where you had to speak loud so your friends or family could hear you.
