Worst food on post IMO. It was bland and gross.

Sad to say they are no longer located in Schofield. I don't think they are in business anymore but they had the best nachos. I looked forward to eating them every time i went to Schofield.

Awesome Mexican food truck. Super convenient, located at the entrance of two Battalion Motorpools. Cheap cost, friendly customer service and huge food portions. Anytime I can't leave Motorpool for lunch, they're my go to. Thanks guys!

Now under new ownership. Wouldn't call it Mexican food. They used to serve some of the best quick mexi dishes around, shame.

After being stuck in traffic on H2 going north to Waimea, we pulled off and headed for Schofield Barracks. We realized that we were hungry! Baja Tacos means shrimp, so I had high hopes as we pulled in to this Food Truck at Schofield Barracks. As I often remind my husband, an army travels on its stomach, so I figured the food must at least be filling and affordable. It surpassed my expectations. Unfortunately, only Friday is shrimp day, so I made do with a chicken taco, and it was great. Nice tender chicken with guacomole, lettuce and tomato on a soft tortilla hit the spot. My honey's quesadilla had the same great chicken, but the cheese was a bit gluey, the taco was the score. Fast, fresh, and delicious, I'd like to try the shrimp tacos another day!

Great price, open late and food is consistently great. There aren't a ton of options but they have a good amount for a small taco truck. Their rice and beans are better than other places I've been but not the best either. They only have canned or bottle sodas. Convenient location for military.

Needing a quick food fix, I went to this taco truck on Schofield. I ordered the California Burrito and paid $13 for something that was worth maybe $4.50. It had virtually no flavor and was only somewhat satisfying, being mostly composed of limp, bland fries. I went there twice a year ago, and it's confirmed--this is among the most disappointing Mexican food I've had.

I'm a Soldier from San Diego, and this is the most authentic SOUTHERN Californian Mexican food on the island. Awesome!! Thanks Chris

Good mexican food, you get your money's worth in return of good portions for young soldiers, who work on schofield or wheeler, could maybe have weekly specials or every 9 purchase get the 10th free average meal is 10-12 bucks unfortunately. Needs longer hours of business or maybe come to barracks or taco truck like ice cream truck...

I went to the Baja Tacos food truck on Ford Island. I paid $13+ for one of the worst burritos of my life. All the meat was gristle and nasty. No flavor. Just low budget quality product. The burrito was loaded with refresh beans, and rice.. Again, no flavor. Will NEVER go to this establishment again. 1 star for the dude that took my order. He was nice at least.

Always great, both service and food. The chipotle chicken quesadilla was large enough for me to feel satisfied, as well as very delicious. The chicken to cheese ratio was perfect.

Best steak fries!

All their food is pretty good, but definitely pricey. You have to try the Cali Burrito, its my favorite and it's the benchmark item i judge all restaurants with who claim to make tacos and burritos from Cali. The food truck is on a military installation so getting to it is a pain.
