We stopped by on our way back to Honolulu after visiting the North Shore for snorkeling.It was late evening and this place was just about the only place that was open for a quick bite on the way back.The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quick and tasted good.We were in town visiting from Michigan where we do not have Jack in the Box stores so this was a new experience.Burgers tasted fine and the curly fries were real good. Ordered a package deal that also included tacos which were interesting but not my favorite.Place looked clean.The side door facing the parking lot was not open and we almost turned away but the front door was open. We had to direct another couple of people to the front door as we were leaving.
When I crave fast-food Jack's is our go to. Staff had us wait for over an hour only to find out they were not going to take our order. They showed no interest of wanting to be at work. I remember when staff were kind and communicable.

I normally come here around the evening time because the food is pretty decent. The service on the other hand is lackluster at best but I take what I can get, however, NEVER GO HERE DURING THE LATE NIGHT. I made the mistake of attempting their drive through a few different late nights and early mornings. A few times they said that their “computers were down” and it would be a 15-30 minute wait and that I could wait in the parking lot if I wished. Do yourself a service and don’t wait because even if you do manage to be serviced, it will be the worst possible service of your life. If you really need food during a late night or early morning, go to the nearby McDonald’s instead for faster and far friendlier service. If you really need to scratch that jack in the box craving, go during an evening time and hope that you get the crew members that don’t actively shun you (just grumble under their breath).

I always get the spam breakfast croissant and the last 3!!! Times it hasn't had cheese even though it has cheese on it in the app. Update: ordered a bacon ultimate cheese burger and did not receive bacon.

The counter employees and those who serve the drive thru are some of the best of late night fast food in Wahiawa. The wait is substantially less than the competition. These folks are nice. They present the Jack n the Box food as it was intended.
Their food makes my tummy feel silly! The food is THAT good!

I'm done with this location. The food is sometimes over cooked. Once I got a spicy chicken sandwich and took it home. I live 5 mins away. Got my food out and the chicken was so stale. I called and they said I could bring it back. Went back the next day and I got attitude from a young girl behind the counter and after 30 mins of waiting, she said we aren't giving you anything unless you buy something. Rubbish establishment compared to the others on the island.
