The portion of the String Bean Chicken breast is unacceptable. They gave a full bowl of rice with a lot of string beans and tiny bits of chicken. I will be following up with the manager at the Wahiawa location, if no response is made. Otherwise, I will have to contact the main office / Panda Restaurant Group to file a formal complaint. Other than that, customer service was fast and friendly. Food quality taste is also perfect

I wish I could give them a zero review. I went there with my friend for lunch. When we tried to place an order , one of the girl was so rude. She was stupid to do bad mouth to her co worker front of costumer. I didn’t got what I Oder and worst costumer service. After picked up my food , when I Checked there wasn’t any spoon at all. How she want us to eat. She is an idiot . I used to love Panda Express but now I am hating this. I don’t want anyone to suggest to go there. Worst place to visit .

From 5 to 1 star. None of the stuff can work under pressure during rush hour. Also it is very unacceptable to have me wait 20 minutes for my mobile order. Same old order plate of teriyaki, eggplant half chow fun and super green. It should not take 20 minutes over the promised time when it's supposed to be ready. The place gets loud and disorganized during rush hour and it's very disrespectful for the customers who are already dining in. An excellent manager should be able to delegate its team to manage and operate regardless of wok load. Apparently during today's visit, that manager was not leading. This visit was a waste of time and really a downright disrespectful.

Waited too long to pay. My order was completed and by register ready to pay. When I asked to pay the cashier left the register to wait on customer who hadn’t decided what they wanted to eat. She didn’t even acknowledge I was even there. Didn’t say anything and left me waiting until she completed helping the other customer choose food and pay.

i ordered from here just few minutes ago & my drink wasn't filled with ice, I had got a sweetened ice tea and once i got it, it was warm there was no ice at all. There was a fortune Cookie; I opened it and it smelled like chemicals; also it was stale. - PS. be sure to smell the fortune cookie before eating it..

Food poisoning two times now. They keep old food from lunch and serve it from 4-5 pm instead of making fresh. They do not correct the problem either.
I ate in the parking lot but it was clean, four stars just because it wasn't a parking lot, LOL anyway it's the grape flavor you expect from Panda Express if you like it, which I do so it was fine for me the ordering process of superfast I really appreciate a company with consistent quality

YUCK! No pride in what their doing...This isn't the first time with entrees, we had problems with...Take your chances...I guess!!??

Decided to get dinner on our way home, pandas was on the way out of Wahiawa so we stopped there. No one was in the drive thru line when we got there. We ordered 2 kids meals, 2 bowls and 1 plate. We were told that the chow mein would take 3-5 minutes because there wasn't enough for the 2 kids meals and plate we ordered. We decided to wait. We paid and waited there due to no one being in the line. The cashier asked if we could wait on the side.. he didn't say where so i had to ask. He pointed to the parking lot. We pulled out and pulled right back into their lot. We waited almost 15 minutes... for the noodles that was supposed to take 3-5 minutes. The car next to us pulled up way after us and left before us. I truly think pandas wahiawa needs to let their customers know it will take more like 10-15 min to wait for noodles. We finally got home, i open up the two kids meals... i was very very disappointed! We waited almost 15 min, not for noodles but for vegetables! Our plate was filled with vegetables and only a few pieces of noodles.
