im not usually one to write a bad review, because i have worked in the food industry before, so i understand how things may work . but this is unacceptable & honestly so upsetting . if i could give them 0 stars i would, awful customer service & the manager on the phone had an extreme attitude for no reason . we ordered ONE pizza for delivery, it was taking an HOUR & a half for our delivery to arrive, & when we called to check on our order, we were met with rude service, (even tho we were being compliant) & she had no idea when the pizza would be delivered. we were not given an estimate of the time after asking & she continued to just say "i dont know" or that "i dont have any drivers available". so unprofessional & just extremely frustrating, i wouldnt recommend eating here, especially ordering delivery. why would you offer delivery, if you have no drivers to deliver ??? pathetic. we ended up just cancelling & she hung up on us immediately. terrible way to run a business .

ordered here a few weeks ago was SO GOOD , not greasy at all and fresh. found ourselves coming back whenever we crave pizza that's affordable with deals and able to order ahead . wings also not comparable to other fast pizza places at ALL!! & their brownie cookie dessert is chefs kiss. :) thank you

The pizza is always great.... I love eating here... the only problem is that they gave the wrong order for takeout... tried calling 5 times rings continuously then hangs up....

I've ordered tons of pizzas from this location. Good luck getting your order anywhere near on time. If you expect even the quality of a frozen pizza you will be disappointed. I'll be using dominos or pizza hut from now on.

11-21-22 Although Papa John's left Mililani( 3 blocks from us) when we were asked to babysit the grandkiddies this was the first place we chose for pizza.One other pizza place (PM) recently closed shop too and the last remaining one is just ok.First time both kiddies asked for two slices each of half the pizza which was pepperoni and cheese.Either their appetites are growing along with their heights or they REALLY enjoyed the taste of this Wahiawa made pizza.

3rd time in a month they(wahiawa)gave plain unsauced chicken wings and, why they keep putting onion's on our pizza is it mandatory cause I asked not too. Tf tired of this company already extra large pizza get 5 pieces of bell pepper ? what a joke.
39 Minutes for Delivery said the website- 75 minutes later I was marked as delivered without being delivered. Called and spoke with a manager who said she would call me back once she worked it out - waited 45 minutes before I called back again to cancel the order. 2 Hours wasted, no food or explanation beyond this happened to 3 of you.

1st Time Ordering from here, Wish I read the Reviews first. Pizza was good that explains the 1 STAR. Ordered the Parmasan Wings was really looking forward to full on mouthwatering Coated wings, unfortunately not what I expected it looked plain with just a Butter sauce under the wings??. The Garlic Knots was Burnt??. Then more annoying on the app it says a total, I get a email it says a lesser amount due, long story short I call the store & speak with a manager he tells me he doesn't know why I got that email for a lesser amount due??. Not sure what's going on, ANYONE else had this happened to them?? I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PAPA JOHN'S TO ANYONEFor the price we paid $85.29My family and I could have gone to eat at Zippy's and still have some money leftover.

Had a late night craving for their pepperoni/extra cheese. Ordered online and chose delivery as usual. Got here on time as they always do (actually about 15 before) and It was hot, fresh and perfectly done like I took it out of my oven! Delivery driver was courteous and I'm pretty sure I've had all of them deliver before in this past year :) Craving satisfied. Had a couple slices before I took the pic, looked and smelled so good I couldn't wait.

Ordered from this papa John's a few times. Recently they are unable to make and deliver food in a timely manner. Will order on the app with a 60 min delivery time. Wait an hour call and hear they haven't even started the order and it would be an additional 60 to 90 min wait. I ask to cancel the order manager apologizes and then just hangs up on me very abruptly. Can understand staffing shortage but management should do something to let you know of the delay. I will never order from this papa John's again because the continuous unconsistency of being able to be reliable to receive my order.
