Went to the address that was listed and I found an abandoned gas station with chain link around it.

Saw this place had a huge line at Haleiwa location. Looked them up found their number and texted them to ask if they open during week days. Was told they open on Tuesday at wahiawa. Went there around 12 greeted by the owner lady with the warmest smile. Ordered two whole chicken with two sauces and a side of coleslaw. Chicken was juicy tender, coleslaw was fresh, I didn't really like the sauce but my family enjoyed it. Me and my dad each ate a whole chicken. The owner lady was super nice, she told us the only thing at that location is the plaza doesn't let people eat in the parking and she recommend us a few places we could enjoy our chicken.

The best Huli Huli chicken hands down. I've tried a lot of Huli Huli places but Rays kills it, the seasoning is spot on and it's cooked perfectly almost every single time. Not much else to tell but really good chicken. Aunty is always friendly when you order and you can get your whole chicken chopped or as is. They've recently moved into the old Dots parking lot in Wahiawa on Tuesday and Thursday, but said theyll open daily once they get another spot.

Wahiawa location change: Now at 130 Plum, off California. Look for the flatbed BBQ trailer. Good plate lunch.

Tried to find this spot, but this location was just a parking lot, could not find it.

Unsanitary!!! They should have big fan to keep the flies away and most importantly have like an adult supervision. Have called them and told them about my concern. As as of today nothing has been done! Safe eating everyone!!

My sister has been living on Oahu for 13 years now and I can't believe out of all the times I've visited, I've never tried huli huli chicken from anywhere. Well, I finally got to try it on this trip. We came by on a Sunday at 11 and there was no line. We were doing our own North Shore food crawl, so we got half a chicken to share with everyone. The chicken was so tender and flavorful - even the white meat. Even my niece, who doesn't really eat chicken, liked it. It's also kind of fun watching them cook all the chicken.I'm so happy to have found this place and will definitely be back for my next visit to the island.

So happy there is a Wahiawa option! Often only get to get some of their onolicious chicken when we happen to be on the North Shore but now they are near by and so easy to access the best huli huli chicken on the island. The `Ohana who runs the truck are always willing to work with you no matter how busy they are. Something about how they interact with you makes you feel like a VIP. Local food by local people - nothing better. The chicken is juicy and the seasoning is the true "finger licking good." The sauce just elevates what is already an amazing dish. This could be a weekly thing now that they're easy to get to. On the side of the gas station parking lot on California Avenue - no reason not to give them a try if you haven't already.

The chicken is very good. Service is fast and friendly. It's outside, but with the Hawaiin weather the ambiance is always great.

Wow! Possibly the best broiled chicken ever. Seriously. I think my wife planned our trip to Hawaii just to go here. So delicious. If you want flavorful, juicy, tasty chicken with crispy skin you have to come here.FOOD: Chicken. They serve other stuff like char siu but really you are here for the chicken. And they often sell out so come early. It is just so delicious I can't give it a good description. Rice and pineapple slaw were okay but who cares when you have chicken this good!SERVICE: Good but not great on friendliness. Definitely helpful. Portion sizes though were greatCOST: Well worth it. A whole chicken for $15! Plate lunch for $13 which is half a chicken plus sides. I would order a whole chicken and just make your own rice.
