Called them for a take out order at 8:25pm and said they were closed. Mind you they close at 8:30 and my family and I eat there twice a month. Not anymore ?

The place was empty and I think it was dinner break time for the employees. They were eating at a table while they gave me time to check out the menu and order. Not a big deal, everyone needs to eat and it was slow. What I didn’t enjoy was the fact that, after I ordered and was waiting for my food, they would say something to one another in another language then would look at me. EVEN THE DUDE WHO HAD HIS BACK TO ME. He adjusted himself to half face me then turned to stare at me. I felt so effing uncomfortable so I did what I thought would be the best route and stared back. I guess they got the hint cause they stopped doing that. It gave off weird vibes. The guy who took my order was friendly and attentive. He’d refill my water in a reasonable amount of time after it was emptied.I ordered an appetizer and pho with extra noodles. Came out to nearly $40 without tip. Wild prices in my opinion. The meat is thin and I felt like they skimp on the veggies for the amount they charge.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but I’d ask if they anything is fried in oil or prepared in things used for non-vegetarian dishesParking: Shopping center with lots of parking. Storefront parking. Small stalls.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room if wheelchair required.

First time at this restaurant. The inside was quite plain, but when the food hit the table, I understood what the fuss about this place was. My wife got the chicken Pho and I got the BBQ chicken/ spring roll vermicelli. Super fresh and delicious. Pricing was fair.

We looked up good places to eat in wahiawa. It was right down the street from the wahiawa botanical garden, next to Longs. The service is so fast! I ordered when I walked in, and my food arrived before my husband came from the car! It was super fast, like a minute! The server was super nice and attentive! They made police conversation and filled up the water frequently. When I sat down, they made sure I had all the spices I needed to enjoy my food. They keep the tables super clean and neat and play mellow music quiet but not too quiet. My husband ordered the beef back rib. It's supposed to be one of the new things on the menu and the server even recommended it! It had 2 giant ribs that stuck out of the bowl and it was so meaty, and tender, and delicious! It came out very quick with too! Great service and great food- 100% would recommend!

Tried this location on the way to work. Walked in and it was fairly busy. It look really new and clean inside. I got me a bahn mi sandwich, husband got his pho with brisket. Yet I stole some of his broth to dip into with my bahn mi.Bahn mi filling was delicious however the bread it was on was a. It tough and chewy. Dipping it in the pho broth as if I was eating a bahn mi pho dip helped make it less chewy and hard.Shared the crab cream cheese wonton. It felt as if it contained real crab meat other than using imitation crab which was really yummy!

Came here because the other spot around the corner ran out of pho.Ordered the brisket pho, the meat was a little thinner than expected. Added in some spice and other garnish to give it some more flavor. Was still a good second option. It’s not too long of a wait for the food to come out.

What a great little hidden gem!We were heading up to Haleiwa but needed to get something to eat since we just inhaled vegan donuts. We came in just after two tables and there looked like only one guy was working the floor. The two tables that were eating were doing some serious grinding, so the food must be good.We ordered the spring rolls and the garlic fried rice with chicken. The rolls were nice and crispy! The fried rice was delicious, and a generous portion! It was a nice relaxing lunch for us to continue our journey. Definitely worth checking out and a nice addition to Wahiawa!Mahalo Ribs & Broth

Had an outstanding time here. The pho was great as was the chicken wings and crab rangoon. They also had Sriracha and fresh chili sauce on each table. Its right in the middle of Wahiawa so if you're in the area, I'd suggest this place!

Discovering Ribs and Broth was a serendipitous journey into culinary bliss. Nestled in the heart of the city, this hidden gem is more than just a hole in the wall; it's a haven for food enthusiasts seeking an unforgettable experience. The prices at Ribs and Broth are an absolute steal for the symphony of flavors they deliver. I ventured beyond the namesake ribs to explore their Pho, Banh Mi, and Summer Rolls. The Pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup, was a dance of aromatic herbs and perfectly seasoned broth. Each spoonful transported me to the bustling streets of Hanoi, savoring the authenticity of the dish. The Banh Mi, a Vietnamese sandwich, showcased the artistry of blending textures and tastes. The crusty baguette cradled succulent meats, crisp vegetables, and a medley of sauces that harmonized into a delightful crescendo of flavors. It was a gastronomic journey through Vietnam's vibrant street food scene. The Summer Rolls, fresh and vibrant, were a refreshing interlude. The translucent rice paper enveloped a symphony of vegetables, herbs, and vermicelli, accompanied by a luscious peanut sauce. The dipping experience elevated the rolls to a culinary masterpiece, balancing sweet, savory, and nutty notes.Beyond the culinary delights, the interior of Ribs and Broth adds to its charm. The food we ordered was so delicious and has so much flavor. The service was awesome. It's a sit yourself restaurant. It's a place I recommend everyone to try.

Great food! I try to go weekly. The broth is very tasty. I prefer this place over the other Pho place that's nearby.

Made a quick stop here on the way back to town from the North Shore. Clean, well-spaced dining area. Fast, friendly service and a nice selection of dishes on the menu. Didn't have a lot of time, so opted for the banh mi. The bread was fantastic! Served lightly toasted...warm, fluffy with a nice little crunch that didn't cut up the roof of my mouth. Everything was fresh and tasty. Will definitely stop here again.
