I often eat here when I go north, I like Wendy's, it's delicious. There are many military-related customers here, and the atmosphere is lively and friendly.

At about 6:30-7pm the drive thru was taking 15min just to reach the intercom to order. So I decided to park & walk inside to place my order. But ALL of the doors were locked. I could see the employees & they could see me but chose to ignore me. I was not the only one who got out of the drive thru to walk in to place an order. Later that same night I went back the drive thru was moving along I placed my order employee told me my total due I drove forward. When I got to the window to pay I was told that they were out of what I ordered(parm. ceaser salad x2) I cannot believe the lack of service! They should just close down instead of being so incompetent!!!

There is a young man who works the drive thru that isn't very personable, almost to a point of being rude. I KNOW good help is hard to find, but if you hate your customer facing job that much, couldn't you do better at a position without any contact?
All I can say is they need more training!! Horrible customer service! If you don't know the answer, ask somebody, don't just leave the customer hanging. I go to this location because it's close to home, and most of the time it's not a good experience.

Went to Wendys today and the service was excellent and speedy. That tall guy at the window with the afro is a fantastic employee. If you get him expect great service. Food was good too. Keep up the great work

I ordered a burger combo with a fountain drink and asked for my fries to be upgraded to baconator fries. I received regular fries and a frosty, no drink. Terrible listening skills by the workers. Will not be back

Made an online order and when I finally arrived they took almost 2 hours to have my order ready, that’s not the only issue, I’ve had bad experience before with this wendys having raw hamburger meat. Never
