Friendly service, only issue is they only served one person at a time. After they received their order did they take our order. As we stood there over 5 minutes without ever being knowledged.
I dont normally post often negative things, but i think management needs look into their night staff. Maybe i am unlucky but its 4th time i dropped by between 2am and 4 am and 2 times there was a road cone in drive through and other two was like this morning Mar 22 they said all fryers and grills are down for maintenance @230am (drive by at 6 am and the infamous metal stool was in the drive-thru).. odd when i go to one in Kapolei they are always open

We were not even acknowledged when we walked in. The girls glanced up at us a few times, but I had to eventually ask for someone to take our order. There was literally nobody else in the store!! It was bizarre.

There are none in Florida so came here for the nostalgia. I remember the sourdough a lot different and the tacos crunchy and fresh. This just seemed mediocre. Maybe we caught them on bad day, but not what I remembered.

Solid fast food restaurant. Food was fresh and tasty, staff was friendly and professional, and service was prompt. Not all items were in stock, but timing of the visit might have had something to do with that.

Idk what station they had on but the music playing was really good.The food was hot and fresh. Everything is well priced. The lobby is almost always empty so hanging out in there to eat is always nice.
I know fast food isn't the greatest customer service but if a customer is in the drive thru, asks the drive thru worker for sauce, and that worker assured that sauce is in the bag, you would believe her. NOPE!! I don't know why I keep believing these idiots. Got home and sauce WAS NOT in the bag. The sauce for the egg rolls were. But there was no buttermilk for the chicken strips. Manager at Waianae Jack in the box. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO JUST GIVE THE EXTRA 2. Especially when you see the customer LOOK in the bag then asks for it.

Our Daughter ordered through Uber and they didn't deliver! She put in the order at 10:23pm on Friday Sept. 15,2023.THEY CANGED THE DRIVER THREE TIMES! AND THEN THEY CANCELLED HER IRDER! REALLY BAD SERVICE! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ALSO CALLED THE NUMBER THREE TIMES AND NO ANSWER! REALLY! REALLY! REALLY BAD SERVICE!! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ALSO MY DAGHTER, JS GOT IFF THE BUS FROM HER JOB ANDWAS WAITING WIRH US, BECAUSE WE WERE AT THE SITE WHERE WE ARE GONNA HAVE MY NEPHEWS GRAD PARTY, WHICH IS NOT TILL TOMORROW!!!!
