Kickin' Sweets was awesome enough to do a pop up at Ward Center and gave away FREE brownies with chantilly icing, FREE chocolate chip cookes with chantily icing, and FREE iced coffee! They were situated in between the business in a sort of "hall/alley" area. I would have missed them if it wasn't for the crowd of people and me wondering what is going on? So generous to use his valuable time to hand out his delicious products and not ask for $. Mister and I both got the brownie with chantily icing. It was a fair enough piece and the chantilly was topped upon ordering. I didn't take a photo thinking it probably wasn't going to be much to share about, boy was I so wrong. We ate our brownie further down the shopping center, after I took the first bite, I went back to notice the name of the business because I intend to shop there next time around! The brownie was moist, and the chantilly was not too sweet, it was a perfect and yummy combination. Mister enjoyed the iced coffee too. THANK YOU FOR THE FREE STUFF!

I can't get enough of their desserts! My favorites are the cookie butter roll, cookie butter tres leches cake, chantilly brownies, and the blueberry cheesecake. Then, I decided to try the baked salmon plate...brah, going back for more! Check them out at their store in Ma'ili or at one of their pop-up events. I promise, they won't disappoint!

Hidden gem! Fantastic service, they are really wonderful people. The butter cake is one of the best things I've ever had. I also suggest Ube ice cream sandwiches.

The poke dip with the shrimp chips is my favorite!!! Awesome food and the people who run the place are so kind and nice. I definitely recommend trying the cream cheese pies!!! I will for sure be back.

My mom and I stopped by here Sunday evening (10/2) to pick up sweet treats to share at our family gathering. On recommendation, we got 6 different flavored milk cakes, 6 different flavored cream cheese pies, the pumpkin cream cheese rolls, chocolate chip toffee cookies, and the smores cookies (it was a large family gathering with loved ones fr all over the island and states, so you know we had to order big! :)). Let me just say, the whole family RAVED about the pumpkin cream cheese rolls and the milk cakes and cream cheese pies. I LOVED the nutter butter milk cake, the strawberry cream cheese pie, and the pumpkin cream cheese roll. Everyone who ate all of these were like, "Where is this place? Is this in Sea Country!? Can we order for the future?" So expect all my family to come and visit soon and place orders for Thanksgiving! Happy as an off-island visitor to be able to share a place with good eats that the fam didn't know about! I'm off-island now, but I dream of having the desserts again. Cannot wait to return and try the spicy items, too.

I stopped by Kickin' Sweets with my friend on Sunday, 8/7/22 at 11:15a to see what type of spicy and sweet delights that they offered. Their grand opening was the day before. Kickin' Sweets is located in Sea Country next to the General Store in Maili. We walked into a newly pretty pink painted room that was so inviting. We were warmly greeted by Chad the Owner and his family who were busy working behind the counter. My friend and I sampled the pickled onions and papaya salad (Lao style). We each loved the freshness of the papaya and the fragrant seasoning that made our palates crave for more. We purchased some to take home. I also bought the Blueberry Cheesecake pie for a family member that I was visiting nearby. I also bought some Kickin' Sauce that I will use with my proteins at home. My friend got some delicious Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookies that she raved about since it was sweet and just right out of the oven. We also got some Thai Iced Coffee to go that was fulfilling. Stop by and try this newly opened business, Kickin' Sweets, that creates unique flavors that will satisfy your cravings for spicy dishes as mentioned above as well as sweet desserts from cookies, pies, ice cream and more. I definitely will be back. Thanks and Congratulations Chad and Nicki for opening this great business for the community and beyond.
