Hawaii has a different breakfast menu! Awsome staff here that even served us table side. Decor reflecting Hawaiian atmosphere that was neat. Food was great and not just slapped together like most places.

Could be cleaner, but it's okay. Food is usually good. Needs more parking and a bigger drive through. Needs more shade and bigger open and cleaner restrooms. Definitely needs to have side salad on the menu.

This place got ac. Mostly tourists that randomly visit like me. Standard food as one would expect at McDonald's as that's the number one reason I visit as I travel out of town. The shift leader as I was visiting was very knowledgeable with online orders and subsequent refunds as the app had a hiccup with the network. That service was great. Nonetheless local variables namely a few hobos were floating around this facility. There are semi permanent camps across the highway nearby and inevitably this McDonald's became the first target in sight. With that said, this place is well kept. Clean, cool, and orderly. Good job.

Slow as always. But the food is good and tastes fresh enough. Drive through moves at island turtle speed no matter what time of day or night you go through there. Oftentimes the beginning of the line is sticking out onto the street blocking traffic and is a real road hazard so be careful... I'm just happy to have a McDonald's in waianae.

Went to McDonald's drive thru around 10pm and ordered a chicken nugget meal. Employee asked me what I wanted to drink then proceeded to tell me that they only had water and ice tea available. Got home only to see a fly in my unsweetened ice tea.
