There use to be a lot of nice employees that smile and had a nice attitude. Now both girls are the drive through are grumpy with bad customer service. I'll skip this McDonald's from now on.

I ordered our breakfast using the McDonald's app, so I wouldn't have to wait as long as I usually would wait. Finalized order at 8:31am. Choose to pick up our food through the drive thru. But when I got there both lines for drive thru was backed up, and so then I changed it to curbside pick up. I parked in a stall like around 8:45am and waited. Until finally, like around 9:09am a male employee came out with my food & the 2 large hot coffee's, with no cup holder! I was like WT who does that, knowingly your delivering hot coffee with no cup holder! And you need to ask for one that's not good! But I asked nicely, can he please go get a cup holder because I still need to carry them out of my car. So he said okay he'll be back, so I waited for him. I waited for over five minutes and just decided to leave.

Waited for my daughter there while my grandson and I sat and ate there...It was very cool and the workers there were very nice!!!
I wasn't pleased with the place at all, when we came over to order something we asked for the code to use the restroom but they wouldn't allow us because one of the workers explained that it wasn't public use. But then how wouldn't they allow us if we were ordering some food? Afterwards the manager comes over and explains that the restrooms are down. How do these people working in this location have any sense of sanitation? I wouldn't be very keen in eating their food if they had no way to wash their hands.

Service was horrible. Went today around 12:45 pulled up in the second lane they told me hold on. Took 3 cars orders in the first lane and they still didn't took my order. After we said excuse me like 3 times on the intercom they finally helped. We said our order the lady taking our order to pull up to the first window and when the cashier repeated our order it wasn't even our order. The other lady didn't even took our order so we had to repeat what we said to the cashier then waited another 20 min for our order to be received. They need to be retrained and the supervisor needs to get reprimanded. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Went drive through... since when extra bbq sauce cost $1.99... and plus gave the girl $20 gift card... she used $19.. and charged me the difference.... But Neva give back the card... only noticed when I reached home on receipt
