Walked in and met the manager who was very kind and courteous. She was very helpful helping me order and letting me know what was good. Good service is very hard to come by and it was very refreshing.

Employees are Wonderful! Pizza tastes GREAT! Easy to order/pick up, FAST time for them to make it even, and as a bonus I finally fixed their lighting over the counter and they were all excited that it finally works, no more dark spot and it looks a lot better in there!

The chicken poppers did not look anything like how the app portrays it. On the app, it shows the chicken smothered in the sauce but when we ordered it, it was not tossed in sauce but more so drizzled on so it was very underwhelming. The pasta was also super oily and lackluster in terms of both the quality and quantity.

Finally a Papa Johns on the West side. So happy to see an alternative to Pizza Hut. Pizza here was very good. It's been months since I've had one of their pizzas. I'll be back often. Took me a minute to find but was definitely worth it.

There regular breadsticks was the WORST I have ever tried. Super dry and burnt looking. Comes with one tiny container of marinara sauce. NOT enough for 10 sticks. I'd rather go Pizza Hut cheaper and there breadsticks are bomb.
Customer service is ahhhh.. okay I’d rate it a 3. She wasn’t that friendly but the pizza was good.

Thought we'd give Papa John's Nanakuli a try and we not regretting it one bit! Their pizza surpasses Pizza Hut anytime! Service from their boss lady,Haunani was amazing coming from someone in such a lil hole in the walls of a gas station/food stop. Gonna hit that place for other ono stuffs I saw better than Napoleon bakery too!
