Was waiting for Papa John's to open up on this side of the island. Really enjoy their stuffed crust pizzas. Only thing I don't like is that every time we order it seems like the toppings are sparse.

This review is for "Extra Cheesy Alfredo Pizza". Description say's "rich creamy two-cheese Alfredo sauce, topped with a blend of provolone, Asiago, Fontina and mozzarella cheese. Large size cost $25.99. What you get is a plain cheese pizza with absolutely no discernible sauce. Am told the owner limits the amount of the sauce to put on the pizza. Just cheese on crust and the crust is over cooked/burnt. So it's a dry tasting pizza. Pass on this pizza. Very disappointed. Workers are friendly tho.

I ordered 1 pizza.. 1 single topping pizza at 8:33pm and my email and tracker stated approximately 31 minutes for arrival. After over 45mins I called the store at 9:32 and got an automated response stating they were behind - so I hung up and continued to wait patiently for my food. 10:29 I get a call from the store saying “we don’t have a delivery driver, can you come pick up your food?” COMPLETELY unprofessional and uncalled for, when I told the individual on the phone I ordered the pizza TWO hours ago why didn’t someone call me then? They proceeded to lie and say they did. I am beyond dissatisfied with the service and needless to say without dinner tonight.
Normally when a place first opens in which everyone is waiting for you expect a little long delivery time maybe even a lil mistake....Not in this case the team at papa johns over exceeded my expectations being from the main land I have ate papa John's millions of times and I half to say they absolutely nailed it dare I say its one if the best papa John's experiences i have had in a very long time....keep up the great work
