I must say ALWAYS ON TIME when picking up your order in 15 minutes. Not so much delivery so highly recommended to do pick up instead of delivery coz you'll be waiting forever

Ordered a single pizza 2.5 hours before closing and was given a 30 min wait time. I then waited for 2 hours before they decided to just cancel the order 30 mins before closing. Now everything else is closed as well. Horrible experience. Read the other reviews. Same thing. Don’t bother trying to order delivery from this place.

Called in an order one and a half hours ago; paid by debit card. Still nothing! Called the order number twixe- they tell me it's coming soon?? Whassup?? Door dash called and said our house"inaccessible" and caught in traffic?? We are three blocks away!! Lies! Then they canceled my order! Worst experience.Order online, quotes 50min wait. Get text pizza on its way 40min later it shows up 1.5 hours after placing order. Driver forgot cheese, peppers, ranch and pizza looked like it had been in his trunk for a while. Tasted awful.

Pizza Hut Nānākuli over charged Apple Pay. They changed my original sale price which ended up being a twelve dollar increase. Pizza is already expensive so we reward ourselves when they have pizza deals. I use the app to purchase so I don't need any coupons. Two medium specialty at 12.99ea. (25.98) Service fee $1.51 Delivery fee $5.99. Total $33.48. I gave the driver cash tip not on the app. I also get a text when my order is out for delivery, which has a Pizza Hut link when I opened the link it just showed $47.61 nothing was itemized, so I checked my Apple wallet there it was a Pizza Hut charge pending $47.61... I called 808-641-1111 number after a lot of arguments and back and forth being placed on hold over and over , I was able to get my $12 overcharge back. Im old school here and won't make a fuss for three to five dollars, but twelve and the verbal headache... Shameful

ordered curbside pick up got notified my order was ready alerted them to let them know I was there waited awhile before calling call center they told me someone would be right out. Still had to wait went in store only to be told my order wasn't ready, but yet the screen said my order was ready. Didn't get my sauce for my bread sticks and my cookie was burnt very dissatisfied. Will call the store manager to make a complain!

Do not order delivery from Nanakuli Pizza Hut. The delivery is terrible takes long and pizza was cold. I tried twice next time was even worse they took two hours to deliver and uber eats delivered and the whole order was cold. Went to the store and got my money back. Need improvement big time!
