Ordered a meat lovers pizza and was very disappointed to see that it had less meat than the standard pepperoni pizza. They’ve raised the price $3/pizza AND put less amount of toppings!?

We order from the app and make sure to get a store deal, typically carry out. Their pizzas are standard quality Pizza Hut and we haven't ever had a problem with a wrong order. I do dislike paying $.99 cents for ranch, but if that is all I complain about, I guess it is ok! They moved to a location close to the Bank of Hawai'i rather than right on Farrington Highway. Bonus is that they do have curbside pick up for those who don't want to go inside.

Don't order delivery cause you may not get your food. My order eta was 40-50 minutes. 90 minutes later I called GRUB HUB for status and they told me ANOTHER 30 MINUTES! Canceled!! Don't bother with delivery. Not sure about the food cause I never got it.

I order curbside 2 to 3 times a month. I've ordered a variety pizza, wings, pasta and drinks. I have been blessed service is always outstanding I might have experienced a delay once in the last year. They make it simple and delicious to take care of the family.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a pizza hut. I tried calling numerous times and no answer, tried ordering online, didn't go through. I ended up visiting the store ordered the supreme and a thin crust veggie pizza. I told the cashier no bell peppers on the veggie pizza (someone in our party is has a bell pepper allergy) When the pizza came out it was covered in tons of it, was this a joke? Make sure you check your order before leaving the store! I also noticed a ton of delivery drivers chillin. Since I had to wait 15 mins longer, I thought it was nice of me to let them know that their phone system and website was down, probably why they were all chillin on a Saturday night. I overheard the drivers call a local office that deals with a few stores in the area and they were of no help at all! Nonetheless, I would never come back nor recommend, head over to Little Caesars, Pizza hut or Papa Johns in Nanakuli No inside seating - to go only

I ordered this on the app for contactless pick up I arrived when I was supposed to it said it was ready I waited five minutes after pushing that I'm here and got the phone and told him what where I was parked exactly she said OK. Then I still waited for another 15 minutes I saw every single customer leave they got there after me but walked in get their pizza so finally I walk in and it's done and it's just in the heater still. No offers of like oh I'm sorry let me give you a soda no nothing just saying they're short staffed but here's the thing everybody else got their pizza except for me and I was there first and it was ready and I called and said when it where I was. Also I want to add I only went in there when the entire place was empty and there was no customers in still they didn't even know my name or my order. I had said I'm here for my contactless order but nobody came and gave it to me and it took them like five minutes to figure it out that it was in the heater still. So if I hadn't gone in there, they never would've brought me my pizza they would've just waited for me to come in

Had to try the Detroit pizza. Still sitting on the fence about it cause the marinara isn't spread out but concentrated in central areas. But it looks like pizza, smells like pizza, and tastes like pizza.

A few weeks ago I placed an online order for delivery at a specific time as my nephews are distant learning. I received a notification that the pizzas were on their way. I waited 20 minutes past my delivery time until calling to check on my order. The operator called the Waianae Pizza Hut store manager and the message passed back to me was that the pizzas were on the road being delivered. 10 minutes later I received a call from the driver saying that she was just leaving the store. The pizzas weren't already on the road as the manager told the operator. When the pizzas arrived they were cold and not to the standards of a Pizza Hut. I called the operator to advise them that not only was the pizza late but shared my frustration on waiting more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time for the delivery. The operator called and spoke with the store manager who said they would apply a $15 credit to my phone number for the next time I ordered a pizza. Today, I figured we'd have a nice treat and we'll have some pizza for lunch. The operator, call center manager, and the store manager did not have any records of any credit to my phone number. I cancelled the order based on principle and ordered our lunch through Little Caesars. Sorry Puzza Hut, but you lost a customer.

I ordered for delivery to LEAVE AT MY DOOR STEP (since it is an option when ordering along with CONTACTLESS DELIVERY) since I was out running errands. I missed the delivery persons call because I don't answer my phone while driving. Called the person back to have my order brought back. I understand their agitation and know they have other orders to attend. However, I didn't need the sassing tone or the bothersome attitude from this person to do their job. And on top of that, the sad attempt to burn rubber and speed off my road speaks volumes on them as a person and their childish character. Appreciate what business you can get let alone have a job.
