Limited ingredients for shaved ice. I'm glad she didn't charge me at first. I asked for 2 large shaved ice with different flavors, vanilla ice cream, and snow cap. They say it would be 15min before it was ready. 5 minutes later, she said there was no vanilla, so I chose a different ice cream. Then another lady came back and said they didn't have the flavors I wanted. So I told her we just wanted 1 order because they didn't start making the order. After another few minutes, she comes back and says she ran out of snow cap. Out of the ice cream, half of the toppings and snow cap? I told them to cancel the order since it had not been made and out of most of the ingredients. I do recommend the employees cross off the ingredients they don't have to prevent confusion and wait times.

Great little restaurant located across the street from Pokai Beach. We had the apple turnovers, chocolate cookies, deluxe cheese burger, fries and shaved ice. All were excellent and well priced. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Great service!

We were visiting home and have been a little disappointed at how some of our favorite places have gone down in quality. Can't tell you how happy we were to eat this food. Was so ono!!! We were so grateful the owner took our order eventhough they were closing up early due to an emergency. We will be getting grinds from here again whenever we on the westside!!!!

Avoid this place at all costs, let me explain.I've been a long time customer tolerating their mediocre food because of a convenient location to the beach. I ordered one meal and 2 shave ice. 8.00$ shave ice mind you with no extras. They ask me if I want shave ice first or with my food. I said yeah I don't wana hold it and wait for my food.. so they said ok and made my food. I get the food then they said ok waiting on the shave ice.... ***25 minutes later!!!**** I hear them grinding and stopping the shave ice and walking back and forth with flavor bottles. After 30 minutes of my food sitting next to me.. the other customers encouraged me to go inside and get my money back. I said yeah maybe that's a good idea. I go in and they gave me a run around of excuses why they didn't have the shave ice ready and I can see the melted slush with flavoring sitting on the counter.. I said I'd like to cancel those and get a refund. So they gave me a run around again and called the owner out. By the time I get my refund and get back to the beach my fried chicken is cooled down and steamed wet inside the box. I go back to the restaurant and said honestly I was surprised you still charged me for the meal after wasting my time and my food quality. But now that I've gone to eat it this is not fresh or hot like I ordered and I just want you to take the food and give me a refund. They refused to give me a refund.The owner and the waitress were discussing it right out of view of the window and I could hear the owner saying now I'm not loosing out on 35$! And the waitress returned and told me again they will not refund my food. So I told them keep the food and my money and I'll make sure I tell the story to yelp. The food 4/10 - the food is mid, over priced and low quality ingredients The service 2/10 always takes forever, they are full of excuses, we are too busy! We don't have enough people! They only have 5 tables! No one was in line for Togo!The place 1/10 it self they force you to order and wait outside but they ignore you at the window.

First impressions are always important, specially when it comes to your food. It is a very clean establishment on the inside. The bathroom was spotless. They brought out my bbq cheeseburger quickly and my hurricane fries. It was my first time having fries with seaweed on them. So much flavor, I recommend you try them. The staff is very friendly and have excellent customer service. I will be back to try their big plates. That burger was sweet and savory. I can still taste it. They also let me try their raspberry ice cream.

This place is one of those hidden gems everything there is accident The pastries are all dates everyday fresh I have not found a dish there that I did not like everything is excellent I expected you that's the garlic chicken.
