Went in to order a French coffee. I tried to call ahead, but the phone kept ringing. The worker Kaila, was busy packing an order and failed to acknowledge anyone else who kept walking in to the restaurant. I then witnessed her ignore the phone that was ringing. When she finally decided to turn around and acknowledge me to take my order, her response was "ugh, that's going to take me a while." I then told her that it was okay I did not want the coffee anymore, then left their restaurant. These are the kinds of workers that will ruin your business. Beware of who you hire. ?

The food was delicious! It didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly. I ordered the ox tail pho along with a few more bowls of regular pho bowls...my family was pleasantly surprised. We would go back again when in the area.

I come here every week for my pho fix. Food and atmosphere is great but staff are lazy and not attentive to patrons. I still will eat here because of the tasty food but they really need to hire more attentive and professional staff.

I came to eat here, and had a good dinner. The next time I came to get ‘take out’. I ordered ala carts items, and got full meals. I mentioned it, and was told ‘too bad’. I should have refused the food, but I had already paid. Shame on you for treating people like thy don’t matter. In your business, people are the most important thing ! I WON’T BE BACK. Mahalo

love the foods especially when you craving for Asian cuisine. The Pho are the best in the island. Highly recommend this restaurant to my fellow travelers.

We had chicken salad, grilled squid, salted saba, and fried oysters, spring rolls! This is the best restaurant. Staffs are very friendly! We came here twice and would have come more if we found it sooner! I would give 6 stars if I could!!

This is an interesting restaurant since it combines Japanese and Vietnamese food. I like ordering summer rolls with shrimp and seafood pho.

Service is always on point, food is too. Wafu steak for me or #22 pho with spring rolls. I eat here at least once every two weeks minimum. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Food has always been great the many times I have been there. I'm a s***** for their combo pho, spring rolls, and also their lemon grass chicken sandwich. Service has always been friendly and prompt. I love this spot and I'm glad it's in Waianae.

I love this place. The food is always delicious and filling. The service is nice. I usually order take out so I am not sure how dinning in is.

Small, cute establishment with a heavy Japanese sided menu, and smaller Vietnamese dishes. My friend got the beef noodle pho, and I got the pork katsu curry. The miso soup was good, but the pork was a little chewy and the curry was a bit strong. Pho wasn’t very tasty either, and the side salad was brown and wilted. There were several tables with what appeared to be locals so maybe we weren’t used to the Hawaiian style pho and curry. The people working were friendly and kind.

we love to order their sizzling steak plate, beef pho and my favorite is the vermicelli noodles with beef spring rolls.
