I went to the Nanakuli Starbucks in the newest shopping center in Nanakuli around 4p.m. and at that time there was a bit of people outside, sitting or standing around. I went to the order window and placed and paid for my order, which was a grande sized frappe w/extra whipped cream. It took approximately 30-40 minutes for my 1 item order to be made. WOW!Parking: Lots of free parking near and close to this business.

I love the early morning crew, they are so lovely and kind.
I come here because it's location is convenient. I always pre-order caramel brulee frappe with double shot. I never tried their food items but I'm pretty sure they're great. However, I love cold coffee drinks. But than I also tried these same drinks at other locations. Kapolei Starbuck are the BEST. Nanakuli & Waianae Starbucks frappucino drinks are watery. Unlike Kapolei, theirs are very very tasty.

Asked for no whip and they add whip . I told her nicely that I asked for no whip and to just take the top off and she goes “ok I gotta make a new one” so I told her no need cause I have no time. She just give me the irritated attitude and not even oh sorry our mistake. Cause it is your mistake. It’s on the sticker everything. Would’ve not been a problem if the worker would’ve been nicer. Sometimes people forget that we set off people’s day on how we treat them.
Hawaiian rights only here.If you’re not Hawaiian they won’t help you. We live in the area and every time we go to this Starbucks they are horrible. The worst customer service. We always just get black coffees with a little milk and it’s always a 20-30 minute wait while they pump out any and everyone else’s orders first. This was the last time me and my family will ever go there. ???

We have visited many a Starbucks on Oahu and the mainland. I will say that the Waianae Starbucks is the best. Hands down. Service is super fast. Employees take their jobs seriously and finish orders as quick as they come in. Always pleasantries with the staff, and any issues or mistakes, or even last minute add-ons are never a problem. Inside is always clean. They used to have a bigger seating area until covid hit. Now, there is just enough. This may seem like a hidden gem, but everybody on the West side knows this place is special. Try visit during a busy time. You will hear the staff talking with the people by their first names. Sometimes you wanna go, where everybody knows your naaame....

Idk what it is about this Starbucks but they have thee slowest workers. For one they have zero customer service, no one tells you hi!So we mobile order a cake pop. It old us about 7 minutes didn't mind still driving thru maili reached Starbucks, no one in line to order, no one waiting for drinks so I figure it's slow won't be long need I remind you I got there way after the time the app said it would take...... No my cake pop was not ready so I wait, now there's a line of 6 to 7 people waiting to order. So an older male comes out to help I guess, so I ask about the mobile order waiting. He proceeds to grab orders that was placed on the side and starts yelling names, then rudely passes my order that apparently was sitting!! Need I remind you he didn't hand it nicely either! So apparently an apology wasn't necessary either!
