Tried to use the app for the first time and when I got there they didn't have my order so I tried it again in the store with the clerks help and she could not get me the 2 for 1 deal so I told her to cancel it and I'll try the app myself again. So my order went thru again but she still didn't get it so I went to check my bank balance and was charged 3x and 3 diff prices! Then was told she couldn't refund me for the one she did because she needed her boss's approval who wasn't there and never returned their call the whole hour I was there waiting and couldn't refund the app orders cause that's out of their control!? Finally spoke with the Mgr 3hrs later after trying to call their store several times with the number the clerk gave me and no one wud answer so had to drive bk over there and was told their phones were not working!? So why give me that number to call bk to ck if the Mgr was contacted?! After returning to the store the clerk called her Mgr again from her personal fone for me and basically was told the same thing that they have nothing to do with the app and I needed to call the Corporate ofc which I asked her for the number and im still waiting for her to get bk to me because she didn't know it! All in All I think the Mgr shud hv contacted her Corporate ofc and fix this mishap instead of telling me it was my problem.... Not the kind of Customer Service I wud hv given....js! Needless to say I won't be using their app or returning to that location again and by the time I got home to eat my sandwiches they were soggy and not appetizing anymore!?Sorry to give you another bad review as you mentioned you seen my first one and now hv a "bad mark" but had you gotten bk to me yesterday like you said you wud I wouldn't hv vented again! Anyone know the number to call for problems with the app?????

So disappointed! I was craving some subway cookies, so I decided to stop by on the way home. Horrible idea. I wish I went out the way to kapolei. All my cookies were over cooked I've never had any cookies like this before. The young girl made my sandwich and then touches the dirty register screen before putting my veggies on my sandwhich with her gloves. Ugh tried to give nanakuli a chance but I will not be returning here. They need to adress with their workers to keep clean & not over cook cookies...... Go anywhere but nanakuli!

Ordered two days in a row on their app and they did not disappoint. Food was ready on time for pick up and they followed my instructions to the T. Would recommend and order again.

Terrible service. Nobody speaks good English having to consistently repeat myself. They do not know how to run the points club that subway provides on the app. There was a customer ahead of me who had the same problem. The Asian old guy Didnt even know how to run a the register at all. He looked completely lost. Also a few sandwiches after done toasting was just sitting there waiting for vegetables to be put on top. At the rate the lady was moving each sandwich took forever but the lady still decided to toast my subs after 4 subs are just sitting waiting for vegetables to be put on getting cold as hell she still decides to just toast my two subs and have it sit right next to the 4 subs that already had been sitting for a while to get done. What makes me angry is the fact that I spoke clear English to them explaining the points program that you guys have and all they did was stare at me with the dumbest look like "yes we do have Apple Pay." I explain to them again what it is and they continue to talk about the Apple Pay. Now I'm already furious if you guys have the points or don't have your points at the location. It's a yes or a no. Worse subway experience I've ever had.

Both of the women working spoke so quietly it was nearly impossible to hear what they were saying. The one who made my sandwich wasn’t paying attention to what I was asking for on the sandwich so I had to repeat myself for every detail. The sandwiches came out okay but I’ll avoid this place in the future, other subways are much better at customer service and friendliness. That being said, the lady who checked us out was very kind although she was also hard to hear

Great costly wat happen to da 5 after da 5 sandwich shrink as well now it's wen I can not like 5,I can all da time but now I can't eat there 3 time a week to now once a month.

We stopped by for a sandwich or two, and aside from the rockin bass from a Tahoe, the service was good and the food was good. Nothing bad nothing overwhelmingly great.

I honestly think this one is the worst subway on the island of Oahu-The veggies are not fresh Every time I eat here I get diarrhea-And the customer service barely speaks English-Do you have to constantly repeat yourself over an over again

Service usually good. Every now and then I have trouble communicating with one of the Micronesian women. When I said 1 foot Italian she heard: kids meal for some off reason. Then she said herb Italian. I had to tell her 1 foot Italian 5 times for it to trigger. Then she brought out a 6 in bread and said “six in” the other customers ended up hearing me raise my voice to her after that, which is what I don’t usually do. I’m use to going here to eat at least once or twice a week. I love my subway and I’m usually satisfied with their service. Communication is very important. Had I gone with whatever that woman was saying earlier my meal would have been completely different.
