I've been to this Wendy's many times since it opened. I live in Maili, so I didn't have to go all the way to Kapolei for my Wendy's fix.The Waianae store started to go down in quality of food and service over the few years.It's back up! Had a great experience. Service was fantastic, and food was great. One of the best Wendy's Bacon & Cheese Baked Potatoes I've had.Keep it up guys!P.S. get more Coca-Cola!

Ordered thru the app 20min before I got there and still had to wait 12min for my order with noone in line. Got home and my order was not correct!... asked for a Jr combo with NO cheese and added it a DELUXE lettuce n tomato with NO ketchup n mustard and REG chicken nuggets with sweet sour sauce and a coke.Received the jr burger without the cheese but it had the sauces and no lettuce n tomato! The nuggets was SPICY with NO SAUCE and the coke had NO carbonation!I also did not get a receipt so went online to find the fone# and its been busy for over an hour now which jus may be off the hook per another review! SMH!IRRAZ!!!

If I could give half a star I would!!! I waited 30mins for them to get my order. Traffic was extremely slow but workers did not pay any attention to me at the front counter due to not being register trained or being stationed at a certain position. Thankfully the girl Kaleo had taken my order, reassured me, and given me a sincere apology due to the lack of service on behalf of her colleagues.However at the end of waiting nearly an hour for my order to be finished, my baconator sandwich was sloppy. Bacon was cold and lettuce was little to none in sandwich due to it being assembled messy. Also don’t get drink from their fountain drink in dine in, there is black mold from the fountain drink dispensary. I told the male worker there and he did not wish to clean it himself.

Wendy's is one of the newer fast-food restaurants in Nanakuli. I'm disappointed, the drink machines 2x, were not working, 1 had ice that was stuck, leaking and fountain had some drinks available, the other had no ice and 80% of the drinks Not Available.Baconator fries were cold, cheese not melted, and bacon over cooked and dry.Phones don't work... At all... maybe it does, and they don't want to handle the complaints calls. Whatever the reason, that store needs some attention! Franchise Owner... get with it.. clean house, start from the top... obviously neglected store!

I don't know what is up with the Nanakuli Wendy's but every time I order food from this location they've forgotten items ordered or given the wrong items. We spend over $40 and don't get everything. I shouldn't have to sit in the drive through for 5min and double check and check off everything ordered on my receipt.

I'm so disappointed after getting my drive through order! I ordered a taco salad with extra cheese and a Jr Deluxe burger. 1st off the salad was not fresh, a lot of wilting lettuce and brow, barely any cheese, wich I paid for extra and did not receive, after pick out the bad parts, I was just over it and threw it away. The Jr. Deluxe burger was the worst, I asked for mustard and did not get it in the burger! The bun was hard, and the meat was burnt, the sauce in the burger was runny and looked like someone spit in it. I fed the meat to my dog and threw the rest away. At least my dog enjoyed the meat! Don't get me wrong, I love Wendy's but not this location! This is by far the worst and will never go there again! The one in Mapunapuna is my go to Wendy's! Now I wish I went to Taco Bell which was across the street! Oh Well, we live and learn! Never Again! If you're reading this, don't make the same mistake I did and save yourself from hunger and disappointment and go elsewhere! You'll Thank me later!

Burger was old. My bacon in my Jr. Bacon Cheese burger was burnt, Fries was old and stale. All the tables were disgustingly filthy.
