The worst DQ experience we’ve ever had.3 visits, 2 times the machine was broken. On the 3rd visit, the staff member made a Blizzard which fell from the cup and then told us we needed to add more fillings otherwise it would happen again and the cup would break. The two Blizzards we walked away with had almost no chocolate, sauce or anything else in them. It was basically just ice cream.Terrible. Would not go back. Whoever owns this business needs to learn how to run one.

Service here was top-notch. I didn’t catch her name, but the girl who served us went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our order. Prepare to spend $$, but prices on par for the area.

I had a great time at Dairy Queen in Waikoloa. The kind cashier named Pearl helped me with my order in a professional way. My order was a oreo blizzard and they made it quick. It was a delicious, cold, refreshing desert! Even the inside was a warm welcome! I would tell my friends, family and others to come here!

I ALWAYS come to the island & get Dairy queen as much as possible, since we don't have one close in socal & I don't eat it at home. The blizzards are always good. My 1st one was thick & the gal was very sweet & attentive. So I tipped her. The 2nd go around it was weird, a man in front of me ordered & a diff lady helped. Than she walked away for Idk maybe 10+mins & me & like 3 other ppl were waiting Idk maybe 20mins before she actually cared!. My blizzard was a little too melted for almost $9 but didn't fall outta the cup. I understand they are short staffed, but lack of care in the hospitality zone wasn't happy with. Tourists help alot with sales, unfortunately I didn't tip her cause she didn't seem to care about her job or the 3 of us.5/4 just tried getting ice cream at 2:30ish. Someone was taking lunch. It was now almost 4pm way over 1hr & no one was there. I get ur short staffed, but its BS to not show up, there was maybe 6ppl wanting ice cream, so we left! Maybe someone will show up tomorrow... Plz care hospitality is HUGE in Hawai'i

The server was so nice. It was the best banana split ever. She definitely took pride in her work! FYI it closes at 8:00 Google hasn't changed it since COVID.

What can I say? This is a nation wide food chain, in a food court, in Hawaii. I can't believe other low rate reviews based on the price! I've been living in Hawaii for over 3 years now and seen other DQ on the island closing. Yes, the price feels outrageous, but please stop by at the local grocery store. A gallon of milk is $8 in Hawaii. Now a dozen of eggs are $10+! Almost all the items used at DQ have to come from the mainland, and the refrigeration... electricity is expensive on the island too. All that said, I'd imagine it is impossible to keep the as price as low as other locations. Peoples here work hard and our milkshakes are cold, thick and tasty. Good ole cold treats in hot days in Hawaii.

I live in the waikoloa area. Me and my family go to queens market Dairy queen once a week for a large oreo blizzards and a couple banana splits. The workers there know us by our names already with order ready to go with in a couple minutes. Highly recommend
